Hi There everyone. Well ive decided to start chelating with DMSA and took my first dose this morning(6.5mgs). I know everyone experiences different symptoms but i felt as if my skin is being pulled back against my face. a real pulling sensation..is this normal..is this a symptoms associated with detoxing.? What am i to expect from doing this? and is this dose enough if i keep it frequent? Love and light..Stuart

Hi Stuart. Sorry I can’t remember…. How long ago did u have yr amalgams out?
It is normal to feel a bit strange when chelating, especially when starting out. Now you know what Cutler refers to as “Symptoms.” Are they manageable or not?

HI Stuart, strange symptoms are typical of mercury. I used to get a feeling of mouth constriction. My mouth felt too small and my cheeks felt they were being pulled inwards. This was with or without chelation.
I have heard of chelation doing similar though, literally causing a pulling sensation. As though it's somehow pulling mercury out of those areas. Someone described the sense at the back of their head (base near the neck) as though something was pulling mercury out of that area. They would literally feel it happen.
6.5 mg of DMSA every 4 hours is the right dose to start and good to test yourself on. If you do ok on this dose and don't notice much, later you'd be able to increase. But I would not increase until you have done a few rounds first. Symptoms can catch up to a person.

be very careful to increase the dose too soon , I finished my 9th round of 25 mg each dmsa & ala and usually recover quickly from the chelation within a couple of days , but this time is different ,that last round really messed me up , have not felt this bad in a while ,hope it passes soon
