I have over the last 8 years received over 5 RhoGam shots. I received many of them after miscarriages but one during my pregnancy with my son and once after. I am concerned about two things. My son is now being diagnosed with AHHD and possibly Dislexia. I have found info on the web saying that this shot might have something to do with it. Also I am concerned with the levels of mercury that could be still in my body and his and the long term effects of it if any! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

Supposidly mercury was taken out in 2001 or something like that, but who really knows if that really happened?????

I too have had 8 Rhogam shots including my miscarraige. My eldest son has a mild processing disorder, speech problems ie. stuttering, stammering. Not really sure what really caused this myself. We did one mmr at 1yo and he had high fever, high pitched crying for one week. Never again did I give my 3 kids any shots.

It's important you don't be hard on yourself

Might be a good idea to get a hair analysis for the both of ya. Doctors Data has a good hair test that would show mineral derangement indicating metal toxicity.
