Professor Boyd Haley found out that dairy products can reduce mercury excretion as much as 50%. Do you know if wheat/gluten does the same?

I believe it either slows it down, blocks it, or adds to it. Wheat for me was (and pretty much is) a nightmare.
When I had amalgams, eating wheat would bring on serious mercury toxic symptoms worse than usual. This is either due to the gluten in the wheat, acting like a glue, blocking nutrients, messing up the gut etc. OR, it maybe due to the allergy to wheat, OR the fact that apparently wheat is treated with a mercury fungicide....
Or all at once. I had problems with oats to a point, but not as bad as wheat. I wouldn't touch the stuff, just like I wouldn't touch sugar either.
