This past week I had been feeling pretty rough again. Old symptoms returning and all. I have been doing the oil pulling,dry brushing and castor oil packs for some time. I believe it is paying off. I had been itching all week too. Today I felt wonderful and the color brown has come back. So far i have had red green blue and yellow too. The blurry vision is clearing too.I have always seen in color but they are so bright now, it is just amazing. I never realized what I had been missing. I have also had some really vivid childhood memories returning. Another thing that is new is I can remember some words to songs now. I used to sing to all the music and over the years found I could not do it anymore. Wondered what had happened to that part of me. One more thing that is new is that fear thing seems to be leaving me. My assertiveness seems to be retuning without loosing it and looking like a crazy person. I feel like a kid in a candy store, all this newness and brightness. I did not know just how dark and dreary my little world had been. I still have some rough days and some brain fog is still hanging out at times but all in all I would not have gone another route and not without God's guidance. I just was so proud of my little bit of progress, I want to shout it out! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/boogie.gif" alt="" /> Rachel

I'm not sure about your amalgam situation? My memory is bad, so did you have them out at some point? If so, how many and when?

rachel : glad to hear that you are coming around ,sounds like you hit another layer of toxins last week , just keep doing what you are doing sounds like you are using the right combination of therapies , I am finally feeling better from the msm episode last week I will not be using that again ,but at least I bounched back alot quicker this time , I'll just have to stay away from high sulfur products for a while , how long have you been doing the caster oil packs ? the reason I ask is if you have been doing them for at least 2 months and you feel stronger then the next step is the liver cleanse , let me know if you need any info on the liver cleanse

It is great to hear you are getting better, Rachel! I remember a few days myself thinking everything seemed so vivid and clear, and colors so bright - wonder if that is the ALA working?

Rock n roll Skieslimit, that is excellent news. Really cool to get the colors back, I know what u are talking about, I’m there too!
Have you watched any films on DVD yet? With yr new eyes? I saw Apocalypto and the colors wowed me, big time!

Hi Everybody Sorry I have not posted in a few days. I have had 4 really good days and not too much itching during that time. My eyes being so much better, I wanted to put up the Christmas decorations. Well I have been so sick over the last year my house really needed some heavy duty cleaning and so that is what I have been doing. I have really pushed it in the last 4 days and now am exhausted. LOL It's good though it is taking me 4 days to get like that instead of 1 or 2, so a small amount of accomplishment. I have struggled with some bouts of brain fog and at times a little obsessiveness but all in all feel like i have made some headway. Decorations are about halfways up but today is all rest and detox day! LOL I have started itching again and eyes are a tiny bit blurry so I feel like I am still detoxing pretty good. So I am taking it easy today. Hi TW and Mikey I have not done the DMSA or ALA yet, I have only been using supplements (about 20 different ones) and good foods up until last week. My dentist suggested I get a product called Cardio Chelate by extreme health about 8 months ago but could never take it. It has lots of good stuff in it. It does have EDTA and about 16 other natural chelaters in it. I muscle tested ok a couple of weeks ago for it and so I took a 1/2 of a pill on monday morn and at night. My body has been slow at detox so I only did that 1 dose. I did the same thing this Monday and so I am a little puney today. I am going to do this until I do my parasite cleanse on the 26th of this month. I will also keep doing the oil pulling, dry brushing and castor oil packs. Mikey I have only done the castor oil packs 8 times in a 2 month period and so I feel like I need to do them until I finish the parasite cleanse and then I am going to do the liver flush and see what turns up.LOL Anyways I feel like I have made some progress and am working hard to see another color come back, it is just so cool to see a new color just jumping out at you. Maybe I just did not notice but it seems like everything is so much brighter and crisper than when I was a kid. Hi Sunshine The colors are just amazing and so everything is so crisp and clear. Yes I have watched a few movies,looked at some Christmas lights and also my night vision seems a little better but I wasn't driving so difficult to tell. My husband and I are going out this weekend to let me drive and test it out too. I have always had night blindness real bad and so he will be with me in case I need him to take over the wheel. Anyways I really thought this was a nice gift from God after all the hard work I have put into regaining some health. Can you do the chelation and parasite cleanse at the same time or is it entirely too much. Everything is managable right now and I don't want to rock the boat. Life actually seems worth living now and I do not mind if it takes me a couple of years to get completely through all of this. When I was going to my nd they were really pushing for fast results and I do not want to experience that noise again. After I finish the cardio chelate (just because I spent good money on it) I want to go with the Dmsa and Ala and the proper protocol. Well that is my plan anyways, maybe their won't be any detours. Thanks everybody for hanging in there with me, not so alone now. Well brain fog seems to be rolling in so I will go for now. Great news Skieslimit. I am totally 100pct with you on the colors. I just got a little bit of red back on the last round of DMSA. It is a wonderful thing to be able to see clearly now.
Blue is sparkling at me from every angle. Blue is the biggest come back for me, followed by yellow. Now I a tiny bit more red…..happy dayz for us both.
And…. congrats for feeling so good, finally! 20 different supplements….cool.
I’m adding 3 more this week, so I’m up near twenty now too.
