While I was in hospital for the first few days I managed to catch some news about Dolphins being enticed into the coast and slaughtered. They were then sold to local restaurants for consumption. A scientist had tested the Dolphins and the poor things were full of Mercury. Not only is this barbaric, becase of the way they were killed, but it goes to show how dangerous eating some fish can be. Bad brain fog today, can't remember which country it was. When I use to live near the sea I absolutely loved swimmimg in it and would go several times a week. Now it makes you wonder. What has mankind done to this world.

I was in McDonalds in Walmart yesterday buying a coffee for my Mom, while I went and did some shopping. I was watching all these families devouring all that junk food, and I felt like I was watching from another dimension. I looked back and remembered when I was feeding my kids nuggets and fries, thinking that it was a treat. What an injustice. But I felt like I would like to whisk them all away to another planet and wipe McDonalds' and the Big Pharma right off the face of this messed up planet and start all over again!!!

Poor darling dolphins, what have they done to deserve this? One day, it will all be taken care of Tracy, and those responsible will pay their dues. All the money and the wealth they have accummulated won't do them diddly squat!!! And you can take that to the bank!!!

Fish oil, however, doesnt contain mercury ??? can somone confirm this ?

Some brands are certified mercury free, tested throughly and are molecully distilled. So not only are the oils taken from fish in lower mercury areas (and lower mercury fish) but the oils are put through this process to clear any possible remaining mercury and then tested to make sure.

A little bit different than eating the entire fish (flesh and all). I am sure there are some oils better than others. There are brands that are well trusted in this area and the ones I know of are "blue ice" and "nordic naturals".

I have taken nordic natural ultimate omega and had NO reactions at all. Normally I can get reactions easily. I cannot even have algae products without symptoms.

It sucks what they do to the fish and our oceans, rivers and all. One day they will pay for it even if they don't want to beliieve it now. I believe that God will handle it all for us. Can't wait either till that day comes....their torture will be far worse than ours I am afraid. It will be a glorious day in my eyes.
