jinx, you have every right to be furious and feel betrayed. People shouldn't have to suffer like this. I'm so sorry you're having to deal with all this.
I'm going to throw out a suggestion -- and it's really just that -- a suggestion. I'm not a doctor, but I offer this nevertheless. Warning: This is a long detailed post -- sorry if it's overwhelming!
The description of what you experienced with your recent body paralysis sounded to me kind of like some sort of seizure. You already know that you're experiencing neurological and mental symptoms.
Have you considered being tested for some sort of infection -- bacterial or viral? It's quite possible that you not only have mercury problems and candida problems but also something else going on ..... perhaps an infection?
Again, I'm not a doctor and I'm not saying you have this, but your symptoms as you've described here "could" be consistent with Lyme Disease or some other tick-borne disease. But, the symptoms for Lyme can also be the same symptoms as other illnesses.
The issue of Lyme Disease has been on my personal radar for about a year. I've been searching for answers too. I know I have heavy metal toxicity and I know that I also have tremendous problems with candida. And, just recently I was finally diagnosed with Lyme Disease and two other co-infections that are seen with Lyme (bartonella and mycoplasmas). I have been searching for over a decade for answers to my declining health and the pieces of the puzzle are finally starting to fall into place.
For what it's worth, there is a theory that some people who have these Lyme infections experience a worsening of some symptoms when they remove amalgams. The theoretical explanation is that mercury actually suppresses some of the activity of the spirochete infection that is Lyme. For further explanation, some are pointing to the early treatment of syphilis as an example. Syphilis was originally treated with mercury and it is also a type of spirochetel infection.
When some people who have a spirochetel infection remove the main source of mercury (i.e., amalgams), the infections are allowed to become more active.
That doesn't mean that we shouldn't remove amalgams! It just means that there might be more diagnostic work and treatment that needs to be pursued in addition to treating for mercury toxicity. And paradoxically, people with chronic bacterial and viral infections usually have some sort of heavy metal toxicity and eventually need to deal with it before fully recovering from some of the infections.
Here is a link on some Lyme info and it's in Polish (I know you're in Poland)::

I hope I haven't overwhelmed you with all this information or made tthings more difficult for you.
If you want further information, let me know, and I'll share what I can.
Blessings

P.S. A large percentage of Lyme Disease patients don't ever recall having been bitten by a tic or seeing the hallmark "bull's eye rash."
