This is a really great forum first of all, just want to say that as a newbie to it.

My question is does anyone here suffer from GAD, or panic disorder and attributed it to mercury toxicity?
Has anyone had these conditions improve after detoxing?

Hi
Welcome to the forum;
These symptoms can definitely be attributed to mercury toxicity or that of another heavy metal;either directly or indirectly. But not necessarily, it could be another cause or combination of causes.(ex.food/chemical/other allergies,hormonal/other imbalances, bloodsugar problems,)
I suppose it's a catch 22 situation where mercury toxicity can also create all of these problems, which in turn can cause anxiety etc...

I suffered from anxiety/panic disorder for years, I could not leave my house for long periods of time, sometimes even had anxiety leaving the room, for weeks some times, this went on in stages over a period of a couple of years.
I have heard a few people on this forum also mention feeling this way.

Had anyone had these conditions improve after detoxing?

I find I get anxious at times now that I am detoxing, but that is probably because all of my symptoms have been making a reappearance the last while, anxiety had disappeared for a long time,is back but no where near as bad actually mild in comparison & now I have more coping skills &know how to handle it.
The first time you have a panic attack, you can think you are dying, but as you realise what's happening you can do things to help yourself, such as breathing properly.
For me I always need to drink water and eat something, 90% of the time a drop in blood sugar that has caused my anxiety.

The mare I learn about anxiety/panic,the less frightened I am when it happens,I see it now as my bodies alarm for me to take notice and take care/attend to a problem.

I live in Ireland, there is a woman here who specialises in helping people with these problems, she published a book called
"When Panic Attacks" her name is Aine Tubridy,This helped me a huge amount,it is for panic sufferers like the Andrew Cutler book is for mercury toxic people.
Knowing exactly what is happening to your body can be half the battle.

What is GAD?
Have you any metal in you?
Again welcome to the forum

I''ve suffered om panic disorder for years.. mostly social anxiety. at one time it got so bad, i had to leave my job.it effected my every day life. i could'nt leave the house some times.. and lost my girl friend, after a 7 year relationship, because she said i never went out with her.. i
guess no one really understands unless they've suffered it there selves. you try to explain, but they dont seem interested..
It's been a year since removal. and i think its improved. its hard to tell.. i think i get less bad days..

Yes, I have had this and absolutely frightening. Massive anxiety and panic, and over things that made no sense. I had almost insane thoughts and no matter what I did, I could not stop it from happening. Terrified to talk to people, terrified of my own thoughts, strange thought patterns, etc etc.

I believe it is definitely toxicity and possibly mercury, but the candida diet (strict) helped this. Obviously the toxins from these things affect the brain profoundly and lessening both or at least one, "can" improve it and take the edge of it more.

I definitely had to get serious on the candida diet, because I thought I wasn't really having much sugar anyway. But once I really did it and allowed NO sugar, or gluten etc, I realised that I did indeed have a yeast problem after I began to get the yeast die off symptoms. Lasted 3 weeks and then improvement.

Welcome to the forum!! I have learned soo much from the people here. You will find great comfort in knowing that your not alone in the mercury battle.
The panic and anxiety was what sent me over the edge!!
The first time it happened to me I was running arrons for work. I got real dizzy while driving and felt as if I was on a rollercoaster. I had a panic attack!! Later on the doctor diagnosed me with vertigo and anxiety. He prescribed me depression meds and nasal spray for the vertigo. He said I had fluid in my ears, that was what was causing the vertigo.
I threw the depression meds. away but took the nasal spray for a month. Soon after that I threw it away!!
Detoxing is what gets rid of the panic & anxiety!! It's gotten alot better for me!! When it tends to happen is when I'm at work. Like the other person said you learn how and what to do to deal with it. I drink water and eat a bannana!! That always calms me down. I've even told myself in these situations that I'm not going to let mercury win!!
I've done little things like dry brushing and taking extra sea kelp. There is iodine in sea kelp which is good for adrenals. I know that you have to be careful with taking iodine though. It's in the barley green that I take too!! I take a sea kelp every other day. I noticed a huge difference. Also I drink the waiora detox tea for your liver in the evening. You need to make sure your liver don't get backed up.
I wish you well!!

Yes, I'm the same way. I do this just about all the time around other people (other than my parents). INside you feel like screaming and to hold on with this "i'm ok" look can hit you later when everybody has gone and sometimes I break down.

I hope to have a true feeling of joy again oneday. I caught that at one stage after detoxing mercury and it was like being on a high. But now that I"m ill with this freaking virus and other problems, I'm pretty much depressed 24/7 , but the diet can help a bit. Or at least it encourages my body to start pushing poisons out more. Though that isn't easy, it's the only way that "might" help me feel better later on again. Though I'm never well.

Hell, yes. I am very good at pretending to be well, when in reality I am fighting and battling just to get through working the day. I am sick of pretending too. Ho hum. Which is why it is so cool to have found somewhere to moan about all these difficulties

Bex,
sorry to hear about the virus!! have you ever heard of mycrohydrin? I've taken it a couple of times but I'm already doing the NCD so I think that's enough. It alkalizes the body and puts good fluid around your cells. I think this would be beneficial for you to look into
I wish you well!

Reading through these posts really strikes a chord in me. It sure sounds like my story - I can relate to every post! It has gotten way better for me, but I remember days where just talking to someone felt like a huge strain - you just want to crawl away somewhere and be alone. I think this is adrenal related - and most people as someone mentioned have no clue what you are going though - you can look pretty healthy and feel totally sick.

I have missed family gatherings, and a lot more. And when you go, and you feel bad, it is really hard to hang out and just be happy.

Chelation helped quite a bit, but I have to admit that I am taking a break from it now and doing fairly well. I want to give my system a chance to rebalance, maybe give my adrenals a rest.

Mercury poisoning sucks! Hope we all can heal through it. Here, let me show you how it feels:

This is a poem by M.J.Moore

The Monster

I awake and in an instant am unveiled
with wet cold sheets, the dream still running.
Yes!I have survived another.
I lie facing the images of another day
More real and more terrifying,
My body trembles in anticipation.
I have become a choiceless thing
Who slinks along the edges of my world.
Inside me lives the beast, waiting to rampage
At one false move, one scare-filled thought
Through the inside of my heart
Ripping and tearing,
sending waves of terror to every cell.
Stay still!Don't think!Stop feeling!
It's too late!
Thump,thump,thump,heart calling!
Time to run, time to hide,no time to breathe!
Sweat,vomit!collapse!Lose my mind!
Die!
Can I present myself in front of another day?
I hate crowds,my bully boss,
Entrapment,cars,in trains,and buses
Stay in bed,I'm safer there.
Mine is a secret life.

Hi Treva, thanks for reminding me of that stuff. I used to take it during mercury poisoning and I think it helped me a lot. I took microhydrin, vitamin C, vitamin E, and selenium.

Those things alone I think actually did ALOT at that time. Problem is, the microhydrin was highly expensive, so at this time, it is not something I could get. I'm having to pay off a huge dental bill and still need further dental work, so all my money is going on that

But I actually would like to try microhydrin again in the future. I really think it helped. That maybe something that will be helpful to me again if/when I can get it.

I used to mix it with the vitamin C in water!

Sunflower, I bet most of us could relate to that poem! If that's not a description of mercury, I don't know what is. I don't know how many times I soaked my own sheets with cold sweat and felt just like that poem describes and I've heard similar on here from others.

I don't know how other people with amalgams can actually be healthy (seemingly anyway) and lead normal lives. What is it about some people who just hang onto the metal and build it up in their tissues. I guess it's overall immune status and other things that come into play as to whether someone is going to fall into this toxicity.

I do wonder about some people though who have them, some of them are definitely not well, and probably never suspect it could have anything to do with their amalgams. But when you suggest it, you don't usually get a good response

I have all of that too! Panic, anxiety, depression, sweats at nite sleep problems. It all sucks memory problems, sometimes I can't find my way to where I want to go. Putting on a front with others is not easy but most don't believe we are sick anyways. I drag through work and social settings as well wondering if I will make it through another day pretending i am ok. Like Sunshine I am so tired of it I could scream but I just keep pushing onward. And all the so called friends well lets just say you find out who your friends really are when you are suffering. Practically all of mine think I have lost it and ready for the loony bin. They can except the fibromyalgia but not mercury. I too was so glad to find this forum where there are people like me and I can complain when things get too tough. I see myself in all the threads and posts. Sad world we live in!!!

I know for fact mercury is bad bad stuff.. and might very well cause a lot of the things you suggest here.

However, I think one should also not ignore other factors, of various sorts... I found some interesting reading here for example:

Hi Bex &Skieslimit,
We all aeem to be in the same boat...
Bex, I got this poem from a book about panic/anxiety
but I guess it does describe mercury too,it's all part of the same parcel after all.

Skies limit,It is one of the toughest things I find that when at the times you need support the most from the people around you ,you find yourself struggling on your own.One of those ironies of life.

Most white composite filling material these days contain a slow release flouride additive too. Flouride is listed on just about every spec sheet i have read for white filling materials, which is quite a few.

Sincerely, I find it an odd question, linking anxiety and panic attacks to mercury. I suppose anything is possible but I have had amalgam fillings since I was a kid and then I got pretty well poisoned last winter and I never experienced any anxiety or panic attacks. I sweated a lot for sure, lots of night sweats, but no anxiety except to say i was anxious about being ill, would probably be abnormal if I weren't. Never experienced a panic attack once in my one dozen amalgam filling life.

I am wondering if flouride is the source of my headaches the past few years though. I started getting them when we lived in a city apt for a couple years and drank the tap water, then I had some white fillings done too about the same time. Otherwise we have pretty much been off flouride for a really long time, probably close to 20 years.

They are interesting stories... when I got saved, by Jesus, my sister, who is a professional and was living hundreds of miles away, an attorney for quite a few years, good job the whole bit, well she ending up fighting a battle she had no idea what it was about and committed herself to a mental insitution for a week or so. family ties I guess. I still pray for her she seems to have gotten over it but still doesn't know Jesus. Ruined her marriage though.

For me, mercury and anxiety/depression go hand in hand. Both symptoms are often the most common in many patients out of any others. Mercury is notorius for causing these behaviours and an expert doctor in US on the matter spoke to her audience of doctors about these kinds of patients and the anxiety that goes with it, including the depression.

For me, mercury caused such horrible nervousness/anxiety, that I would shake. I think it does this by acting on the brain/nervous system and adrenal glands. My pupils were permanetly enlarged, I was hyped up, frightened of anything. One of the symptoms of mercury is fearfulness, inexplicable fears and for me this was a biggy. I had uncontrollable giggling fits and that with the large pupils, was often accused of being on drugs. Not surprised, but no I certainly was not. I was definitely a mad hatter many times.

Sosick, I'm amazed you never experienced that! But then again, mercury does different things to different people, so I guess it's a real individual thing and people often find some symptoms i have had too strange and could not really relate to them (uncontrollable crying and salivating fits and the giggling spells). Interesting enough, the giggling would often occur after I had drunk a hot drink (even hot water), which would increase the vapor uptake from the fillings I assume and I would even get wheezing along with it. I got similar from hot baths as the toxin would come out of my pores and i'd breath some of it in and the giggling would start and I found that hard to handle at times, especially when this can happen in front of other people and I'd have to get up and leave the room. Quite amazing symptoms.

For me it also caused extreme feelings of rage, so bad I would feel afraid of myself and what I could do. Suicidal depression etc, the list goes on.

Mercury out of just about anything seems to cause the most bizzare symptoms I've ever experienced or heard about.

No never experienced it. I've actually been described as quite calm and extremely patient most of my life. And far from nervous, I am not the sharpshooter I used to be but I could hit a dime with a beebee gun from 25 yards as a kid. Even pitched a no hitter in a softball game once and I was just filling in for the pitcher that day, all sorts of stuff like that that require real good unshakeable control. I mean I don't know, maybe all the other kids had more fillings than me but I doubt it.

When I was sick last winter I recall one or two episodes of mild rage, which lasted about 1 minute each, wherein I said to myself, woah, better watch that... and didn't let it overtake me again.

Even so I am not convinced it's the mercury but more probably a combo of factors mercury (physical weakness) + something else... and I lean toward spiritual influences most of the time when I hear people talk about depression, ongoing anxiety, suicidal thoughts and the like. I have experienced that just like anyone else and it never had nothing to do with mercury. I am quite sure too because Jesus saved me from it undeniably and I know of countless others who have experienced the same thing with him.. It's just easier for most people to blame something like mercury, which obviously is very detrimental across the board, physically. Kind of like death hovers around the sick.

Weird story, that Apt 21, did you read that?

When did all that go away for you btw?

I dont think it's a case of blaming mercury for everything or it's "easy" to blame mercury either. Most of us have probalby been through years of searching and praying before we were lead to this. Mercury is a neurotoxin, it's no mere coincidence that people with it so often exhibit anxiety, suicidal thoughts, depression etc, logical when you consider mercury's cruel action on the mind/nervous system. To attribute it to the spiritual might apply in some cases, but not all and I know for myself that the only improvement came from detox and diet. Having mental symptoms of anxiety and depression does not automatically equal a mental problem or spiritual, but may well be the toxin acting on those areas, just as someone else might suffer with blinding headaches, rashes, nausea, diarreah etc. No real difference, still a part of the body being affected, be it brain or kidneys.

When did all this go away for me? When I detoxed the mercury after many years of hell. In 2002 I was near normal, all previous symptoms had almost completely gone. The viral infection that hit me in 2003 is what has caused the ongoing problems I now have, which include depression and anxiety many times. Diet helps, faith keeps me going, family and friends support and being on here is a great help.

Maybe. i know the mercury problm is real for sure. And I can say for sure chelating and healthy eating habits are a neccesity too. But nothing has made a bigger improvement in my life over the years than the love of Jesus, even with amalgams poisoning me daily. There is a spiritual aspect to all of it also.

My one sister suffers from severe anxiety attacks, and my other sister is bipolar and estranged from the family. I only suffer them badly when I chelate too aggressively or if I ate badly. Caffeine and alcohol make it much worse. Lately I have been using iodine as a cancer/fungus fighter and I wake some mornings with anxiety and feelings of doom and gloom, but that is probably cause my digestion is affected from my cancer and the metal excreted by the iodine is not being efficiently excreted.

I know the metals are what caused these horrid feelings for me cause when I took the chemo, it gave me the same anxiety and hallucinatory dreams as the mercury, it had platinum in it.

I have been unwell all my life, and chronically ill for over 25 years, there is no doubt in my mind that my illness and my sisters illnesses have been caused by heavy metals. My father died of colon cancer and I am sure that was due to heavy metals he ingested from chemicals he used while farming.

My Mom has a mouth full of metals at 84, she must have the good excretor gene.....she is still pretty healthy, but no doubt would be better off without them.

best love,
Sandi

The candida can also cause anxiety, and candida &mercury often go hand in hand, right?
Also if your immune system stressed because of the mercury/other toxic metal, this can result in anxiety.
So directly/indirecting I would still say mercury can cause anxiety.

My anxiety and panic attacks are worse if I am depressed or have had a few sleepless nights. I also have candida as well. Now my question is has anyone cleared the candida and parasites completely before starting the chealation. Seems like it wouldn't clear all the way until you get rid of some of the metals. I just kinda wonder if the body will heal itself as a whole a little bit at a time. My natural doc told me all of this is going on because of the heavy metals so I just wonder how the yeast and parasites can completely clear if you don't clear some metals. Anybody else have any thoughts on this?
Thanks Rachel

Hi guys,

I just found this forum. I have bad anxiety and other mood disturbances recently since starting removal of my amalgams. I just had a hair test to determine if i have high mercury. I havent gotten the results back yet but suspect it. The mood disturbances and anxiety started about 3 days after my first quadrant was replaced and things gradually got worse. I see one of the best holistic dentists and took clorella before and afetr the appt followed by IV vit c and Glutithione. I have been told by my dr that since it was done correctly they doubt the new symptoms are mercury related. Do you guys think its possible that replacing my fillings could have caused this even if done correctly?

On top of suspected mercury posioning i have been chronically ill for 3 yrs with various bacterial illnesses including mycoplasma and have systemic candida. Its been a struggle to get well so i decided to have my fillings replaced incase they were causing problems. Most of my symptoms are neurological and i have depersonalization/derealization daily as well as vision problems. I alos have many other symptoms but those are the 2 most bothersome. Now i have bad physical anxiety sometimes to the point where i feel like i want to crawl out of my skin and various othet disturbing mood problems and thoughts.

I will know soon enough what the results of my hair tests are but in the mean time i wanted to get some others opinions. Thanks for any info

Hi JoeC, a lot of apparent "experts" use chlorella on mercury patients, but in many it can make things worse, as can glutathione. Both of these products can mobilise the mercury and make symptoms much worse in certain people. Others can do very well on chlorella, many do not.

Andrew Hall Cutler, who has studied in mercury for many years and works with patients around the world advises against products like chlorella, glutathione, cysteine, methionine, garlic, and using chelating drugs in the wrong manner. He has seen what they can do and feels they are very risky.

His method of mercury chelation is to use chelating agents like DMSA (or oral DMPS) in a manner than escorts the mercury through the body as safely as possible and OUT. The way to do this in his opinion is to take DMSA every 4 hours around the clock (so you need to set an alarm and wake up for doses at night as well). Do this for about 3 days or longer (up to a week if one wants). Then stop and take a break for about the same amount of time or longer if you need. Then start again and repeat this on and off cycle till blood / tissue levels of mercury are reduced. This can take about 3 months.

Many people on here have used or are using this method and seem happier with it than other methods. It does not tend to bounce mercury all over the place. Because the DMSA is taken every 4 hours, it keeps the blood levels even with DMSA and keeps the movement of mercury as even as possible. Side effects are not usually avoidable because teh more poisoned a person is, the worse they can be, but this can be the least offensive way of doing it.

Some even find it helps their symptoms and actually helps them feel better. Everyone is different. If the DMSA is taken less often or intermittently, the movement of mercury becomes erratic also because the levels of DMSA are going up and down if the person isn't taking it every 4 hours.

It isn't always recommended to use ANY chelating products whilst a person still has amalgams in their teeth, as some believe this might encourage further encouragement of the mercury into the body.....i'm not sure about that. Because there are people who have chelated with amalgams and found relief, others have gotten worse. It's again individual.

I personally would get the amalgams removed first before chelating.

But definitely be VERY wary of the products mentioned above and if you feel you are getting worse rather than any better at all or the same, then obviously they are not helping you and maybe exacerbating your condition by mobilising mercury into more sensitive areas and tissue (even the brain).

I myself have used chlorella and other products similar and gotten extremely ill after it, because it just moved the mercury all over the show. So I had to stop using them. Andrew Cutler's protocol proved the most tolerated by me and aided me in detoxing and healing from my mercury poisoning.

His may not work for everybody, but there are forums alone devoted to using his protocol and people on here who seem pretty happy with it.

Thanks for the response.

I am most likely going to order cutlers book once i get my hair test results back.

I am just so confused cause i get mixed opinions from everybody on this subject. What do i do to detox the addictional mercury and mercury vapors when i am getting the fillinsg replaced? Is there another product to take?

I would feel uncomfortbale not taking anything while im getting the fillinsg out even with a good dentist. My next appointment is next week. I think i will just be gettinge one filling replaced and my root canal removed.

Other than that i am wondering if once i start chelation or something to detox if the anxiety/tension felling i constantly have will get better as well as my moods?

Thanks

Some people take charcoal to help mop up some of the mercury and help them before and after removal. Some take algin, which I believe does similar. Acts as a bit of a sponge.

They are not chelators, in the sense they do not go after the mercury by pulling anymore out of your tissues, but they will sponge up any available mercury they come into contact with (so I hear).

It depends what works for different people. Someone took charcoal and they did not react well to it, but some finds it helps.

This is why you get contradictory opinions, because there is not really any perfect way of doing anything.

If you really want to try chelating at this stage? I'd be careful because you still have amalgams, but I would do the Andy Cutler way of doing it (DMSA every 4 hours around the clock). Otherwise, I would wait till you have had all your amalgams out first.

Also candida can cause anxiety, and candida flourishes around heavy metals. So both of these things offset eachother. Redistribution of mercury caused by random chelating can push the mercury everywhere and worsen candida at the sametime. I would treat the candida as well with diet, whilst you try anything else on top of that.

If it is mercury causing this all with your moods, anxiety, chelation done in the right way should then help you after a while. I remember I used chelation the wrong way and moved mercury everywhere and got much worse anxiety, so I started taking DMSA the right way and it seemed to settle the redistribution down and my anxiety improved.

I also found candida diet improved anxiety too. So to me? Both are important to treat. I can only try and pass things onto you, but I am no a professional and most if not all here are not either. We can just pass on things that may have helped us. It's confusing I know because so many of those things are different.

PS, be careful of hair testing. They are notoriously misleading if you are looking for levels of toxicity.

A very poisoned person with mercury may show a very low level of mercury on their hair test and then be told they are not poisoned. The reasons for a very low level can be retention toxicity. Which means the person may have a load of mercury stored in them, but the stuff is being tightly held onto and is not readily coming out. So they show a low level. IT also depends where the mercury is as to what is going to show up.

another reason for a low level, is that the person may not have much mercury, but could be highly reactive and poisoned by even very small amounts of it.

A person who shows very high levels of mercury, may not even show many symptoms, which might means they are being exposed to it but are getting rid of it very easily so it shows up in the hair.

High levels can of course show extreme toxicity as well.

I dont know if ANY level of mercury is that conclusive in this testing to be honest. The best way apparently of finding out if mercury is a problem, is to look at the mineral levels of the test. There is often a pattern in a mercury toxic patient and that can be the more accurate way of testing.

But I find the MOST accurate way to find out if mercury is an issue? See what happens when you take something that mobilises / chelates mercury. If you get an exacerbation of symptoms, (or even improvement), you can be pretty certain that mercury is a problem, if not THE problem.

That was the most telling for me! I would take something and my mercury symptoms would go through the roof, usually it was high sulfur that would do that.

A challenge test done in the right way can also be helpful. Andy discusses this I think in his book. I think it is taking a high amount of a chelator for a day or so and then getting the urine tested. But it has to be done correctly. But even he said that the symptoms alone during this test or after maybe obvious in itself that mercury is the problem...

Hi JoeC

Yes, hair tests are tricky to understand. It is not as simple as looking at your results and being able to say “ok…this is wrong, that is wrong….so I should do X or Y or Z”
Mercury causes so many things to go wrong. Usually you get deranged mineral transport which means the results are difficult to read.

This is the thread I started about my hair test results. If you got down half way you will see a great big long post with all my analysis about what it all means which I did myself after reading Andy cutlers book “hair test Interpretations” (I had some excellent help from a group/forum called Yahoo FDC which was essential in helping me understand it.) it is complicated, took me a long time but I gained a LOT of knowledge that I did knot know about myself and has led to further understanding of my health troubles.

In fact even after all that analysis, it looks likely that I do in fact have deranged mineral transport…..anyway….i might update that post actually if I get time.

You should read “amalgam illness” first. IMHO that is essential reading and you can only benefit by reading that book.

This is my most severe problem at the moment. Anxiety that almost roots you to the spot. Its weird cos id been ill for about 3 months before this arrived and I can remember the very minute it hit out of nowhere. I was just sitting quietly and then it was like something hit me like a ton of bricks. I was racing around the room and have suffered from it ever since. Before I got ill I was the most laid back and carefree person ever. But whatever it was certainly travelled to my nervous system that tha day and at the same time the depreeion came. Before that I had just been feeling physically ill. Tracy x

Very interesting. I was (a little bit) sick for 3-4 months. Then the depression came. The pysical problems went away. The depression just kept getting worse and worse. I never recovered

bg123 thats interesting, cos as I say when I first became ill I was just physically ill and kept thinking I would recover. When this anxiety and depression hit me it was within a minute and no build up to it, it just came out of the blue. Something definately hit my brain or nervous system. I would jump at the least little noise and couldnt watch anything violent on TV. I wish I could find out why, it certainly wasnt a mental feeling, if that makes sense but more pyhsical. I f you don't mind me asking how did your illness start. I always ask people, still trying to fit the jigsaw of this thing toether lots of Love Tracy xxx

Tracy,

I remember feeling unusually tired before the physical problems began. It would hit me all of a sudden and went away a few hours later. I had never experienced such a tiredness before. It happened several times and thought i would get sick but i did not. When the tiredness started i would not tolerate alcoholic drinks anymore. I was not depressed but felt physically weak and had not much motivation to go out and meet friends. I did have an infection later and had chronic cough for a few months. I wasn't too sick so i ignored it. The physical problems and tiredness got better but then emotional problems started. I wasn't the same person anymore. I felt lazy, bored, all of i sudden i had no self esteem and my life didn't make sense anymore. The world became dark and i got used feeling like crap everyday.

There was another strange thing. My face became puffy and my sweat would smell awful. This went away after 1-2 years... I looked and felt completely normal physically later but the depression became permanent.

So for me my emotional problems started with rather harmless physical symptoms....

I did have some mercury symptoms for most of my life but they were not overhelming, so i was always toxic to a certain degree not sure why things got so much worse i did have my last dental work at the same time when i got sick but as far as i remember there was no mercury involved. The dentist did some drilling in my mouth. I do not know why, I didn't get a new filling. Not sure if there is a connection.
