I am 15 months post removal and my depression seems to get better slowly. I also noticed that my food allergies seem improve. I often got severly depressed after eating and this has improved a lot. Unlike many other people i do not have so much problems with fatigue. I have terrible concentration problems however. Do you think that will be one of the first or the last things to go?

My cilantro pesto really cured that pretty well. Lots of cilantro, a little DMSA and alpha lipoic acid and no more brain fog. took a few weeks to really kick in though.
Do not drink coffee.
I really wonder if it' s the caffeine in the coffee or something else that's the problem because i get a real lousy head after coffee but I can drink a coke and feel fine.

IT depends, because sometimes brain mercury can cause physical symptoms and organ mercury can cause brain symptoms, so it's hard to say. Andy says that brain symptoms (emotional/anxiety/antisocial) are usually the last to go. Brain fog I think goes sooner.

I was able to locate my problem of brain fog/concentration accurately. It went away with large doses of B12 in the order of 0.5-1 mg. However, when the brain fog went away I also got hyperthyroid symptoms. The brain fog would return after discontinuing the use of B12, and hyperthyroid symptoms would also go away.
My concentration and brain fog problems went permanently away with ALA chelation, and I could feel a movement within the thyroid, it probably shrank in size, because swallowing is now easier. I never got a diagnosis, because this didn't show up in bloodtests.
