Today is strangly terrible. Don't know why I feel so bad. I wonder if it had anything to do with my dentist visit on Wednesday, three days ago. My head is squeezing me, squeezing, like a circle around the forehead and back of head, and on top. Anyone ever have these symptoms? One thing I will mention is that the dentist usually uses a weird looking device, like a long tube that sucks in the air right in front of your face while he is drilling. This time the machine was broke and he couldn't use it. The drilling was pretty short this time. It was a smaller tooth. So, I don't know what is going on today. Sorry you feel so bad,Ann. I've heard others on this forum mention the head squeeze feeling, but don't know what that is. Did you still have all the other precautions at the dentist? After my previous dentist visit,I felt great for about 3 days & then felt awful too.It could be a positive sign that you're detoxing... Remember that you need time to recover after the dental work,it can take more out of you than you might realise, especially if you're not feeling 100%to start with. take care . sunflower

HI Ann, yeah I know how u feel. Each time I get some amalgam removed I get a little mercury exposure and yeah I feel awful too. Don’t matter how good the dentist is, nor how much protection u have with rubber dam and suction, you are bound to get a dose.
Each time I go, it seems my merc body burden get a little higher and I am getting worse and worse reactions/side-effects.
But I got to get the mercury out, so I have to go to the dentist, and a little exposure is the price I have to pay to get them out.
My reactions have been pretty bad recently, but they always seem to pass.
Page 79 from “Amalgam Illness”
“The most important thing to do is immediately resolve this situation by appropriate dental work to reduce exposure. Immediate improvement is often experienced. The major symptoms will resolve in 3-6 months. Simple testing will usually eliminate most of the major problems of long term exposure and amlgam removal, a simple supplement program, and a modest chelation program will resolve ALL problems within a year. Complications are not expected.”
I like that last line “Complications are not expected”
"All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third it is accepted as being self-evident."
