Hi everyone. I have mentioned immnuics in a few other threads and I thought it would be a good idea to introduce it to the group properly. Its a technique use to consciously control the immune system. They claim you have 12 bodies...

Etheric
Astral
Karmic
Mental
Emotional
Physical
Universal mental
Universal emotional
Universal physical

...and that illness generally begins in the higher bodies. They outline the skills you need on the website (immunics.org) to repair your immune system, install things you want and remove things you don't want (viruses, bacteria, etc.). I haven't felt any improvement since I started doing it but I'm still working on it.

I honestly think that this can work and I believe it has for others. Hopefully it will help one of you.
