I dont know if it's a detox mercury reaction, but does anybody get skin smelling like grease, the sort of grease you smell when you're at a car mechanic - that's my first association anyway. thanx

jinx1983, Have not noticed car grease smell but definitely sometimes I notice strong body odour even though I've just washed the night before. These toxins are sweating out of me at night,I think. Also during menstruation,I have noticed an intense metallic smell.

I get a very mineral/earthy smell, a bit like molasses, very rich & pungent, which I guess is a bit like your grease. It usually get it when somethings happening, i.e. I feel rough and have been challenged somehow and I take it as a detoxing signal. Only ever out of my right arm pit. Most strange, any idea why only one pit and not the other?

Actually, when I was in my last year of mercury toxicity (2000), when I had horrible night sweats, the areas around my neck would smell especially like mild ammonia (generally speaking). Of course, this may be a sign of mercury-induced acidosis.

I have seen some improvements in the last 14 months but progress is very very slow.
