I've found a gadget called Magno-Fuel which attaches to the fuel line of a car & reduces consumption by up to 15%. The inventors won the Nobel prize for it. It costs £20. See www.spiritofnature.co.uk for details(they send overseas). Not that there's any link to global warming.
