I got a slick mailer on this, and it looks like it could heal everyone of everything pretty quickly, you know. What does everyone think about probiotics? Do you use them, and do they work, and what brand do you recommend? Is this the way to beat candida? Are they worth buying? Here are some links, not sure if products are exactly the same: http://www.bestflora.com/ click on probiotics http://supplementstogo.com/sl21001.htmlThanks, TW

I take Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics 12 plus. They seem to be helping my stomach a little. I took a look at the links you put up and they seem to have some of the same things as Dr. Ohhira's. There is a little difference. If you decide to try the ones you put up in the links I would like to know how they make you feel. I have horrible stomach problems and am currently looking for something that will make a difference. I do have candida and I was told these new probiotics would help get rid of it. Who knows? Keep me posted.

Hi skieslimit: If I try these I will post how it goes. Who knows if they are worth trying - but the mailer sure sounds convincing - like they will clean your colon and fix a lot of conditions. Maybe Nature's Sunshine has some probiotic they recommend? Anyways, I am still thinking about trying. I mean I have some probiotics now that I take sometimes, but they have nowhere near 16 strains like this product.
Mikey: Yes, I have been eating a yogurt a day for awhile, but I will have to look for the Activia brand - I have not seen it.

Don't know how I missed the Activia brand. Found it right at grocery store next to where I bought the others!
Anyway, they suggest a 14 day trial and if you don't improve digestion-wise, they will reimburse you! I have started this, and seems to be working, but hard to tell.

I was taking “cyto-biotic active” by cytoplan but after initial good results nothing much has been happening. Muscle testing, my body didn’t really need it. So I just changed tonight to “Mivitality in-liven” which has been recommended by 3 different unconnected people as being very good. I was just muscle tested for it tonight and my body wanted it which is another positive sign. http://www.inlivenyourhealth.co.uk/

Mivitality in-liven looks like another good product. Anyone have any good results with this one? SS?
I will add that I have been eating one yogurt a day, and I think it is working pretty well, but I am thinking of trying something even more powerful than that and the probiotics I have.

“Mivitality in-liven” didn’t really do it for me. Nothing drastic happened. So I stopped taking it after 1 week. I did up the dose massively too, just to see what would happen…………..and nothing happened.
