Which book would you read and go by? I would be also like to know how many people did this on their own with out going through a doctor. Thanks

Cutler. His book is by far the most detailed and accurate. Because of his knowledge, I trust his chelation procedure as well. I think Huggings goes with 100mg of DMSA every few days (I shall be corrected if I'm wrong) - I think Cutler's low frequent dose protocol makes sense and is the safest.
My two cents.

Cutler's because it goes into every aspect of mercury toxicity and taking the reader through it. What it does to you, what areas it affects, the symptoms, what to take to help relieve symptoms, what to take to cure the problem and how to do it even if you are unable to find a professional in "reality" to help you. I found his book the best guide for me at the time I was poisoned and it got me well (at that time).
Huggins book is also great, but I found cutler's better and Cutler's protocol was the only one I could handle that was safe and rational. I personally feel both books are an asset, but again if I HAD to just have "one", it'd be cutler's hands down.

Neither, because neither are sufficiently aware of NDF, which has pulled more metals out of me in 2 months than DMSA did in 6 months, and doesn't require setting an alarm clock every 4 hours.

I have read both books and huggins book is good at making people aware of the amalgam problem and what to look for ,but cuttlers book breaks it down more in depth and gives you many options on how to deal with it and cure yourself

But ya know, that Dental Hooligan, he has got a point, it ain't just a Cutler/Huggins ballgame. Some of us don't do well on those 2 choices alone. Sometimes these detox issues evolve an there are perhaps more elegant ways a treatment. No offense. P.S. Mikey, got any chemtrailin goin on up there? How northern in Michigan are ya? Spent many a summer in Tawas, got family in Traverse City an ma sister was married to a guy from the U.P. Kinda miss it.

Patty - NDF (Natural Detox Factors) and NDF Plus have been scientifically proven to be the most safest and effective heavy metal and chemical chelators in the world. It contains organic cilantro, micronised chlorella, cell wall lyced probiotics, and a special type of water that helps normalize brain function affected by heavy metals. I've been using large doses of both products for the past couple of months and have reduced a substantial amount of metals without any side effects because i'm with a good doc who knows how to test to make sure you can handle it, and knows how to support your system at the same time. It chelates metals via the urine and not the bowels, so less chance of any reabsorption. It also chelates all heavy metals, also chemicals and mycotoxins, which none of the chemical chelators are able to do. Plus it's safe and natural. Any bad stories are from people who treat themselves instead of being guided by a doc who uses it, and will know when to use support remedies such as Liverlife. I continue to use it but using other methods at the moment as it's not just metals with me. Hope that helps.

Patty,
Yeah i should of directed you to that site. There is another one too which is being updated. I haven't improved symptom wise yet, but know that i have dumped a lot of mercury with these products. Got to eliminate other factors now.
