i took a bunch of herbs specifically for the liver and also a parasite formula that targeted the liver. should i flush right after i finish the herbs or wait a few days? i plan on transferring schools depending on my condition and school is about to start soon. a week makes a big difference. but if the herbs are still working in the liver i don't want to flush them straight out, but i heard that its best to flush the liver after a parasite cleanse so the dead buggers will leave the body asap. it will also be my first liver flush and i'm eager to know if it would make an improvement in my digestion. any opinions? thanks.
on another note. i used clay packs on my head and noticed my brain fog improved. i'm going to purchase dmsa soon and start chelating. then start ALA in a few months.
i hope to liver flush every few weeks depending on how my first one goes and go on another parasite cleanse. would the anti-parasitic herbs affect the DMSA if i used them on the same day?

Dawn knows about stuff like 'should I flush right away or wait'...I think the answer is right away according to the hulda clark stuff I have read... but the DMSA with anti-parasitic herbs from my experience is a good idea... the dmsa, some goes into your bloodstream, some stays in your stomach/colon, so in both respects it'll be there if heavy metals are released, a good idea. I would take the DMSA about 30-45 minutes before any herbal stuff, and then keep that routine to a minimum if you can. Do a few days of it then stop a bit. The liver cleanse herbs are something you should do for yourself on an ongoing basis, heavy metal toxicity or not, it's good for your health anytime. You can just add certain things to a salad a few tiimes a week like parsley and dandelion to achieve that.
The one thing you might want to be careful of is not overloading your liver/kidneys with too much chelation. You can do some then stop and rest, maybe take only the liver cleanse herbs during a day or two of your rest and drop the anti-parasitics. Don't forget to take mineral supplements on your days off chelation.
Somehow or another balance those items. Doing everything all at once is probably not a good idea.
I use clay packs on my face and neck now and then too, it does seem to help. Anything with bentonite in it. I've also been massaging castor oil into my face and neck before showering, also seems to help. The back of my neck included, I get quite a bit of stiffness there from time to time. Getting much better though.

Liver cleansing is the most important thing we can do apart from the diet, and that in itself is liver cleansing. I just finished a humerworm parasites cleanse and your supposed to wait 4 days before a flush cos the herbs are still working in the liver, its up to you though. I cant see it making much difference to be honest,my cleanse was a whole month, i think thats long enough.

it's great that you are doing the liver cleanse, you taking a big step towards your healing, keep in mind that many poeple that do the liver cleanses feel weak and sometimes a little crappy for a few days afterwards ,I just depends how toxic your liver is ,some poeple feel nothing afterwards ,I felt like a mild hangover for about 3 days afterwards ,but with every cleanse it got better and so did my health . good luck

I don't know much about liver cleanses but if they help you then great. I'm happy to hear you are getting some results from the clay. I like the face pack idea because it is more liekly to get the mercury in your brain. I'd say keep doing the clay. Good luck with it all.
