just an fyi - some of the supplements he is suggesting are not legal in the US and can only be bought black market. Arimidex is also huge overkill for any of those natural supplements he is suggesting. Looks like good info.

which suppiments are illegal ? I know that the prescription medications like clomide are probably the ones that you mean ,I have tried some of the natural suppliments like tribulas ,chysin ,hornygoat weed ,saw palmetto, nettle root and even 50 mg of zinc daily for increasing testosterone and they have worked for me in the past before starting on them my total blood testosterone was in the low range and after using some of these suppliments the blood testosterone levels increased into the normal range just after only 1 month of use ,I agree that arimidex is overkill it is way to strong for men to use , I feel strongly that the male members of this forum that have not had good results with mercury regime should have there total and free testosterone levels checked ,I know that low testosterone levels will show alot of the same symtoms of heavymetal poisoning .

clomid, arimidex, nolvadex, HGH etc. Clomid will also make you emotional <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
