Have been having trouble getting emails through to you (also to the forum admin) not sure if you received my previous email so am trying again. I have appended copies of the emails. Hope this gets to you this time and that you can answer the queries and provide the info as asked therein.
In particular I urgently want to get hold of Andy's book and get the info on your Algin & Heavy Metal Detox products.
In case you can accept an order of 'Amalgam Illness' by email I have provided the necessary details below. I am a little puzzled that the info your email supplied is merely a link to the Heavy Metal Detox webpage, which is where the option to request more detailed product info be sent by email is located? Obviously I have already seen that info and what I am after is any additional info that is available that my doctor and I can look at. I would also like more info on your Algin product as well. Note I have already seen your Algin webpage. Should we decide that I should trial either product is it a problem to send it to me and what would be the cost to do so? I am located in Perth Western Australia.
I am also having difficulty with placing an online order for Andy Cutler's 'Amalgam Illness' book. When I attempted (repeatedly) to do so by pressing on the 'add to shopping trolley' tab I just get a message saying 'the page is unavailable'. Is there a problem with the site or some problem with my browser settings? I don't appear to have a problem of this nature on other sites? I note the book costs US$35.00, is payment by Visa acceptable? Could you also advise the additional cost of shipping/delivery to Perth Western Australia?
How do I place an order for the book and indeed any of your products if the links aren't working? Is your 'Toll Free' number toll free for international calls? If so what is the time difference between your location and where I live so I know when to call?
I am aware of the forum have read and made a number of posts. I have also tried to register on that forum but I have had no confirmation of my registration application on the 21st June. When I tried to email the forum administrator to see if there was a problem the email was bounced. Pleased see the attachments. Could you pass this info on to the appropriate person and get them to email me about it?
