Anyone know about urine analysis test kits that you can do at home. I know there are a few but I am not sure of thier accuracy. Here is one that I found: http://www.heavymetalstest.com/mercurytest.php
It is a single use test and I was hoping to get one with multiple uses so that I can track my progress and reduce costs of buying a bunch of singles.
Note: I have done the DDI hair (in the red) and urine.

I tried a urine heavymetal test kit (not mercury specific )about 6 months ago the results from the test were in the mid range for heavy metals but did not tell me which heavmetals were present ,your test looks much better than the one I tried it will show your level mercury specificly ,sounds like a good test ,it would be interesting to see if someone that had a recent hair analysis did one of these test and compare how close the results would be to each other.

About 90% of mercury is dumped via the colon in humans. This may be important to consider when taking a test of some type.

thanks I think i will try it. I am considering several natural chelators first and I wanted to track the progress as I try the first one.

Dear Tex I did one of these last year, it tests you for about 10 different metals, mine showed up very positive, but you still cant be sure which metal it is. I would say the Melissa blood test is far more accurate because this actully test you which metals your body is sensitive too. I aso had an EDTA challenge test and my Mercury came out very low, but other metals like Nickel came out high. Personally I think those home tests do definately work but it wont tell you what metal you dealing with. Melissa is much more accurate Love and best wishes Tracy xxxxxx
