Well it's happening again. I overdid myself yesterday (some light exercise at the doctors office) and now I'm paying for it. Breathing is very hard and I feel very weak and like I don't get enough oxygen in the brain. The same thing happened in May after mild exercise. It took many weeks to recover from that.
My ND says this is the adrenals but I think she is wrong, adrenal supplements dont help a bit with this. It must be the mercury.
Any idea what might give some relief with this? I don't have algin yet.
Thanks

Yes, I am sure its adrenals - adrenal supplements dont really work, they never for me. Its liver liver liver - have to clean it out, its connected to adrenals etc.... It takes time, up to 2 years for a complete detox Start with this: http://stfrancisherbfarm.com/product.aspx?ID=47And then do yeast/bacteria with orange peel and lemon extract When you done in 3 months, do probiotics the whole time.... Then do Pectasol Chelation Complex for get mercury out of blood Then either do aminos - glutithione IV (start 1.2grams in 100ml saline every week for 4 weeks see how you feel) and zinc, selenium chelate minerals or Cutlers DMSA protocol - keep taking the dandelion combo through the whole process, start 1/2 dose - listen to your body Use sea salt, eat blueberries and some barley grass extract powder is enough antioxidants for now, until your stronger

I have some 35% food grade H2O2 that I bathe in (I wouldn't drink it) and it really helps a lot.
You can add sea salts to that also.

Air hunger is generally low thyroid or adrenals. If you have tried adrenal support, have you had your thyroid checked. I had air hunger when I was hypo - very unpleasant. I was conscious of every breath, and had to breathe really deeply just to function normally. That all went away on Armour. Get your Free T4 and T3 tested. Then go to www.stopthethyroidmadness.com and post your results. They will give you an interpretation of the results and whether you need thyroid medication. Best Nicola

Hi, in regards to adrenals and thyroid, or any glandular/organ function, mercury can cause havoc, as can candida. You may find this link interesting as it deals with the natural aspect of helping healing by proper diet and supplements/fats. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_7_1.phpThat plus amalgam removal and proper chelation maybe helpful to what you're suffering. I would look over the articles on that site because it is very helpful to the overall body and what to eat to aid healing and detox. It does not address the specific mercury chelation, but does believe that given the right foods and eliminating the bad, the body can start to heal itself from many problems. The lady responsible for that site who has studied for years on all aspects of diet/health etc, believes that her diet and supplements can aid the body in chelating heavy metals. Though I agree with her to a point, I feel that some of us are more poisoned than others and will likely need a specific chelation protocol (after amalgam removal). As I dont think diet alone is enough personally.

Sea salt, half a tsp in water 3 times a day is a miracle, make sure its celtic or himalayan, not table salt. I have slipped on the diet and getting horrible breathing difficulties.

I dont understand how other ppl recover and dont go to extremes by detoxing chelating etc....all my freinds and family have loads of amalgams and I dont know any who have done extreme things like diet, chelating detoxing etc..
On eof them had sufferred burnout but recovered without all these.

I know, some people seem to be ok with amalgams, OR they get them out and seem to recover normally. Which is what we all wish we had.
I do not know why some people are so badly affected and others seem to defy that and have normal lives. But again, they may well have better functioning systems that we have, or they are not so much reactive to mercury as we are.
It is very hard to find out why some get this and others do not. It also comes down to overall toxic load, genetics, weaknesses and lots of things come into play as to why a person succumbs to the mercury contain in their amalgams. Whereas before they may have been coping just fine.
Why can some people work with mercury daily in a factory and another cannot even enter a dental office without becoming poisoned? It is down to tolerance and toxic load and immune status I believe. But regardless of this, mercury should never ever be used in a human being at all. It is a known potent neurotoxin, so it's inexcusable that it was ever introduced into dentistry! Lucky are those that have a body system that can seem to cope. Unlucky are those of us who did not.
