Just wanted to post that vitamin K2, a more bioavailable form of vitamin K, is proving to be an excellent antioxidant for me.
I think I was having some problems with glutamate/excitotoxicity, whether caused by mercury or not. This resulted in nerve firing (tingles), headaches, vertigo.
The K2 has really, really helped all those neuro symptoms. I may just be treating symptoms rather than healing, which makes me nervous, but for now, I'm going to stick with this approach.
I think K2 maybe worth a try, particularly for people with headaches or nerve pain.
Just a thought.
