I wrote a poem about part of my experience which i wanted to share
'The early hours'
Static runs through my body Sharp foriegn sensations agitating me from the inside out Sudden jolts pierce and uneasy sleep Fatigued, restless and disoriented I take a deep breath I have no choice A dull blackened paranoia fills the room where once comfort and ease used to be This is the norm and has been for years I remember the days and the nights it started to arrive like some unwanted visitor who now seems never ready to leave I pray for the day when I might wake up to find a little note saying that he's gone for good

Too true! That poem certainly sums up the darkness of mercury and I relate to it very much. Only last night I was explaining to Mum that everything is dark to me, it's like looking out of a horrible filthy windscreen.
Thanks for typing that.

I don't think she's sayin y'all are full a noxious effluvia, but I'm thinkin it's a perscription for what ails ya.Wondered maself. Maybe some folks when they feel some poetry commin on they reach for the salts. I know exactly how what all you're describin feels and hope ya get better, made me feel grateful I'm not in that ghastly place no mores, can't say why, neither. Homeopathy?I'm not much a one for chelatin but when I do, it'll be NDF like my lil buddy does. Thanks Richard, it's kinda brave to show a poem.
