Yesterday I was feeling dizzy, disoriented and generally icky. I took a clay bath and it relieved my symptoms. There was a ton of black specks in the bottom of the tub. I think I will continue to supplement my detoxing with these baths. From what I have read pulling some of the toxins out through the skin saves your liver, kidneys ect from having such a load to deal with. Plus it made me feel better. Anyone else have simular results?

The black has nothing to do with detox, that happens even if you don't get in the tub.
I'm still waiting for someone to test the water for mercury to believe in the baths.
