When you hold your hands out, do you have a fine shake to them?
I realize many other things can cause this shake, but it's also a signature of mercury.
I have a very slight shake, though some of the supplementation I've been doing has made it dissipate somewhat.

No, funnily enough I have never had the hand tremor, but I get tremors of the tongue. That is another sign, quivering tongue when you stick it out.
Another sign is indentations in the tongue (scalloped edges). This is of course from the teeth pushing into the tongue. This is what I have also and that is from a swollen tongue, another mercury sign.
It's good that the supplementation has helped you with the slight tremors. I cannot understand why I have such steady hands when I have been so poisoned. I know someone that is healthier than me who has hand tremor and I think she may have a mercury problem, but if she does, obviously the mercury is not affecting her life like it is mine and those of us on here and elsewhere.

Wow, my tounge really quivers, and it's scalloped as well.
How definitive is that? I mean, are both situations possibly caused by something else?
I'm edging away from the mercury hypothesis for a few reasons. All my bloodwork, including thyroid and adrenals is normal. My urinary porphyrins are normal. I know all these tests are equivocal, but all of them being normal gives me pause.
Also, my headaches have really ebbed from taking the B vits - quite dramatically. Now all I have is one symptom left, this weird neuropsych disturbance.
Anyway...

Well I have heard that it's a pretty classic sign of mercury with the scalloped tongue and the tremors. However, it maybe any kind of toxicity perhaps, but mercury seems to be the one that tends to cause this so I hear.
But really I cannot be certain myself. Mercury seems such a likely cause because of the amalgams we've all had. Also the normal blood work? most people have normal blood test results, evne if they are mercury poisoned.
Ive been down that road and was told there was nothing wrong, everything showed to be normal. Yet I was poisoned and managed to improve by detoxing the mercury years ago, though it was hard going becuase I got worse when I was detoxing. That is basically a good indication, if you get worse when you try and chelate it or better, you can be pretty certain you have a mercury problem.
Like me when I had a DMPS challenge test, nothing showed up from it so I was disbelieved, yet the test itself had erupted all the stored mercury into the rest of my system and I was acutely poisoned from it, but managed to chelate it back out over a long time with mercury detox products. Mercury is insidious and testing of it is almost impossible to yield an accurate or telling result. Most blood tests will come out completely normal, further complicating matters and causing the victim to feel it's all in their mind and having nothing to show for their suffering.

When you hold your hands out, do you have a fine shake to them? Yes I do. And it's also a sign of hyperthyroidism. Since I am hypothyroid, you can imagine how this symptom confused me while I was dosing up my thyroid meds and not yet knowledgeable on mercury tox!

I was shaking all over when i was poisoned, I am normally quite steady. for months after being posioned (it really has just fully gone away the past several weeks, lots of heavy duty chelation), in my ear above the tooth that was drilled down sloppily, it sounded like a distant freight train when I would lay my head on a pillow to go to sleep. Must have been a problem with the nerve there, the rattling sound/sensation. Just sort of disappeared lately, thankfully.
