tingling sensation on head area. does anyone have these.

Yes, I've had that and numbness on the left side of my head, together with headaches, for months now.
However, I JUST yesterday figured out that small doses of B6, B2, B12 and Folic Acid (eg most of the B vitamins) has taken it entirely away.
I now wonder if many of my symptoms related to B deficiency.

dear blierco any tremors or stiffness in foot and hand. the very good doctor i now go to says i'm fine on b vitamins.

Yes, some fine tremors in hands... seemingly ameliorated by the Bs.
Could be placebo but I don't think so.
My symptoms are: a weird neuropsych thing that just appeared, headaches, brain fog/dizziness, ear pain.
All except the neuropsych issue have gone away from the B vits.
So my question is: could the Bs be treating a mercury issue, or could it be something else entirely?
