Was discussing my health issues with a friend at work. This guy is a totally calm, funny, very well-liked, self-assured, hard worker. Just a great guy... I looked at him and asked "do you have any fillings?"

He said no, he never did.

I know you've all gone over this in your heads a million times, but... what the f**k?!?! Can you believe what an insane waste this all is?

And to top it off, the condescension and arrogance of the dentists and doctors who dismiss the mercury-aware as crazy?

This whole thing is the worst. The absolute frigging worst.

blicero, sometimes when reality hits me, I just shake my head over the waste. Many times I'm in a state of almost numbness and I just sit in a comotose state of sickness.

I have had some imrpovements along the way with big efforts and loads of patience, but if I do "one" thing wrong, I am down for the count and nothing is a sure thing that I will get back up.

I am stunned anytime someone says they don't have amalgams! LUCKY GUY. Can you imagine how people on here might be had they not been cripped with these poisons? You could tear your hair out with frustration. None of this was necessary. Why mercury? Why cavitations? Many of these things are preventable!
