The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia today issued it's decision in the Moms Against Mercury, et. al., vs. FDA case. I've linked the entire decision below. But, as I suspected (and feared), they didn't even get to the merits of the case. The final paragraph in the Court Order reads: Petitioners have failed to carry their burden of demonstrating that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over their claim. See Georgiades v. Martin-Trigona, 729 F.2d 831, 833 n.4 (D.C. Cir. 1984) (citing McNutt v. Gen. Motors Acceptance Corp., 298 U.S. 178, 189 (1936)). We are thus compelled to dismiss their petition without considering the merits of petitioners’ claim. So ordered. ************************** Here's a link to the entire document: http://pacer.cadc.uscourts.gov/docs/common/opinions/200704/06-1147a.pdfSomedaySoon (Sharon)

This must be Friday the 13th ....I will have to read the meat of the document later....I guess the justice system is on the payroll of the dentists and big Pharma too.
My ND was talking to Oprah about doing a show, but it is on hold, she won't take the dentists on either. Maybe I will send her my story, minus the mercury issues. Would I love to get on that show and drop a few metal bombs.
Thanks for sharing Sharon....
