I refuse to think I am doing this to myself all the time.
When in social situations I feel I go red in the face even when I dont think about it. I dont let it bother me and tell people I go red.
I always have a constant feeling of pressure or uneasiness near HEART and stomach and constant tension tics in neck and stomach and worried havnt had ECG.
I get panic attacks when concentrating on something.
Is generalised anxiety disorder and social anxiety my problem? I might be hypochondriac....what else could it be.
I CANT GET RID OF THIS TENSION ALL THE TIME IN MUSCLE IN STOMACH MAYBE ITS MY POSTURE BUT NO ONE CARES!! Doctors say oh well all have back pains or problems but dont let them consume our lifes.

I have the same problem. What you have said echoes myself. First of all, none of this is you. Believe me it's not. When you are healthier, you cannot even MAKE that stuff happen, even if you try. Yes for me it's the same. I become fixated on something and I will have panic attacks even from thoughts inside my own head. It isn't normal and you will think it is you, but I assure you it is not whatsoever. I've lost a relationship because of that very thing. And yes, with that, going red for no real reason. Even if someone is just talking to me, I will sometimes go red. I will get adrenaline rushes and really it is just torture. Though I think there is an underlining problem, like mercury or something else that is causing the immune system to not function properly and causing things to "misfire" in your thinking (even normal patterns of thought), I found that diet was the only thing that at least enabled me to gain some control of it to a point. I realised that if I cann't fix the underlining problem (not knowing exactly what it is), then I had to simply get on a strict candida diet and allow my body to improve itself that way. When I did that, one side effect was improvement in that other area. But I had to do that diet and NOT cheat. I mean some people really think they are doing the diet (I did) and are still having bits of this and bits of that. I realised I had to get serious and do the diet without cheating and then things began to happen. So whether you're doing this or not, I don't know. But I encourage you to do so if you're not. It takes time because at first you may go through a detox/ die off and it can take a few weeks till improvement. The diet, in case you're not aware of it, is simply no sugar (at all), no gluten grains, no fruit (temporarily), no milk. You concentrate on eating basically meats, eggs, vegetables (but watch out for corn, potatoes, carrots as they are high in natural carb/sugars). It must be this strict in order to allow your body to reduce high yeast levels. CAndida often causes panic attacks, anxiety, depression and people do not realise the terrible suffering it can cause. It may not be the "cause", but it often ends up being the bigger problem as your immunity can no longer hold yeast at normal levels due to having some other problem. Here is a link you maybe interested in reading that may help you too. This is what I "try" and follow. Though I am not as strict as I should be, because I do have some gluten free grain at times, plus some raw nuts almonds/brazil and acidophilus yoghurt. But I don't think these hurt me "too much". Though the diet is very strict at first, you can loosen up more later as you heal. It takes time though and persistance. here's the link. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/if you go to articles, you will be able to find out just about anything you will want to know on diet/healing/ candida etc. This is really an essential thing to do no matter what condition you suffer.

I second Bex. My anxiety returns within a couple of days of cheating with high carb foods.

Thanks for the website bex. THis confused me tho lol
Note: If you cannot buy a Vitamin B Complex that contains niacin, you can buy one that contains niacinamide, but you should also buy niacin separately and take it in addition to the Vitamin B Complex tablet. Niacin causes flushing, redness, and itchiness of the skin because it dilates blood vessels, even the tiniest capillaries, which releases radiation from the body.
Also most of my mates EAT LOADS OF SUGAR and DRINK EVERYDAY and are fine. I dont drink nearly as much as them so I dont think I have candida as I feel best when Im eating stuff like sweets etc and feel worse when trying to avoid foods and diet and not eat whatI want.

Hi anon, you're welcome. I don't worry as much about the supplement side of things, I concentrate on the diet side more and add things later. Yeah I don't quite get the B complex thing, but apparently they think niacin (vitamin B3) is necessary to help with release of toxins as it seems to open up the capilleries in the skin more and you get a temporary flush from it. But, as most B complex supplements contain B3 in the form of niacinamide instead of niacin, they suggest buying niacin seperately as well so you will get the help with opening up the capillaries (unless you can find a B complex that already contain niacin). If you can get a B complex already containing niacin, yu may not need to buy it seperately, unless you need to take more of it.
The reason why most of your mates can eat tons of sugar and soft drinks etc, is because they are not ill like you are and suffering as you are. Which is why you are on here like I am. My friends and family are the same way, they eat sugar etc and are doing better than me. Though you may eat far less of that stuff than them, due to your illness, you will still be causing a lot of harm. You only need a bit of sugar to continue to feed a candida problem. Someone without candida or someone with a pretty good immunity won't notice the problem as much. Someone with a lowered immunity won't need much sugar at all to cause massive issues.
Usually the reason why you feel better when you eat it, is because yeast is happy when it's being fed. when you start to go off sugar properly, then the yeast begins to get uncomfortable because it starts to hunger for sugar and then you feel the same way. So then you interpret that as being bad, and sugar is good or makes you better, so instead of keeping up the no sugar diet and pushing on so the excessive yeast reduces/dies off, you eat more sugar again and you feel better again (temporarily), but your overall problems continue as they have and usually never cease. That's how it was for me. I convinced myself and gave myself every excuse to continue eating sugar. Finally when my issues continued and I was close to possibly ending my life, that I decided to get serious and put up with the temporary discomfort and cravings. I never regretted it.
Many people do not like to do the diet because they cannot stand how they start to feel. If only they realised that it is temporary and the fact you feel worse when you stop sugar, is indicative that you most likely have a yeast issue and this could very well be a big part of your problem. It is really sad becaue the very thing that you need to exclude, is the very thing the yeast needs to eat and survive, which is why you find it hard to give up.
It is no wonder you feel better again when you start eating more sweets. But unless you go through the temporary discomfort and die off from getting strict on the diet, you may find your other problems will simply remain.
In the end it's up to you should you wish to try it. At least you know it's there. You may find it helpful to start reading up on candida. It effects almost anybody with illness one way or the other. It's an opportunist and anytime your immune system has been lowered, it tends to overgrow and can take over and become an illness all on its own.
So many of us have to get serious with diet etc, in order to keep it at remotely tolerable levels. So, if you ever want to try this, know you're not alone! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> I was a sugar addict so I know what it's like to start on this and think NO WAY. Oh I've been down that road.
just know that it's an option for you at least, but no pressure. I like to pass this advice on though because people have no idea how much of a major issue it can be. they usually overlook it or "move on" because the idea of giving up that food is almost unthinkable lol. But for me? eating that food and tolerating further anxiety etc is far more intolerable in the end.

Thanks bex...My doctors think I dont have candida because I dont have allergies to any perfume or I dont get worse in damp comditions etc.
I told them I get worse doing the diet but that is because my sugar levels are low because of avoiding sugar and being paranoid about what I can or cant eat.

Hi anon, you don't need to be allergic to perfumes etc, or get worse in damp places to have candida. It affects everybody differently. Some people may get more mental symptoms, another may get allergies, someone may get reproductive symptoms, and some get them all just about. Also, the sugar thing? There is enough energy/sugars contained in just about every good food you eat. Vegetables all have natural sugars, tomatoes are allowed and they are a fruit. Everything on the diet provides more than enough natural sugar and energy for the body, even meats and the healthy fats, plus it is sustained because it's natural and does not harm of cause imbalance or highs and lows that can lead to more serious conditions. White sugar, is bad because it's a temporary lift, plus if anything it can CAUSE blood sugar problems and diabetes also. It actually can create the problems you are mentioning and anybody unwell should never eat sugar. It feeds yeast, it can directly poison the body, it prevents a lot of ability to absorb nutrients, can cause just about anything and everything. Only natural sugars provide a slow safer natural sustained lift. Fruit is healthy, but again for candida it's best avoided temporarily. Again, tomatoe is a fruit anyway, but it is not over sweet so it is allowed. It's up to you. As I said, you WILL get worse from dropping these unhealthy things from the diet, that is part of the die off and healing process. . There is no such thing as a quick fix or magic bullet or pill that will cure all our ills. The only thing that can cure a person is their own body. The only way to do that is give the body what it needs to rid itself of toxicity and heal. Diet is the first and best thing to sort out and from there, if there is a underlining problems such as mercury or something else, then to get that remedied at some point. It is hard to find a doctor who even believes in candida, but most tests do not show it. The best test is to look up candida and look at the symptom list and that is often enough. Most sick people have candida anyway, it just comes along for the ride. So it's good to go on that diet, because it heals. Even a healthy person would do well to do this diet anyway as a way of keeping them that way. One other test is to have a big glass of water by your bed when you go to sleep. Upon waking in the morning, before eating or drinking or even brushing your teeth, you spit into the glass of water and leave it and check on it later on and see if there are changes in the spit. Usual tell tale signs are strands falling down from the spit, or flecks in the middle of the glass or even that the spit has sunk to the bottom of the glass. You need to hold the glass up to see this properly. usually if candida is under control, the spit will stay where it is on teh surface and nothing will sink. But again, some people do not always find this overly accurate. The symptoms list is the best test to see if you may have a candida problem. Here is a link to such a test http://www.mall-net.com/cgibin/quiz4.cgi?quiz=crook.qaCheers.

I also suffer from panic attacks, in school, around alot of people. And we seem to have the very same symptoms. I've read that running releases the attacks. But there is also a medication for this and IT works really well. It's called Zanex also called (bars). Take my advise it works. You'll feel better.

Bex was 100 % right on what he said. He says that Candida causes anxiety. it can. He says that candida can cause food allergies. it can. He says that candida can cause bloating, gas, and diarrhea. it can. It has even been known to cause obsessive complusive disorder. But everybody is different in their symptomology. I have come to the firm belief that most mercury sufferers also get mental symptoms along with the sloppy symptoms package. Why this is, I do not know. But to me it is clear that their mental symptoms are not just from mercury depositing in the brain. It is from a far range of other ailments which can complicate each other... IF you let it!
My advise is start eliminating food allergens. If you can do this, then you can heal your gut back. Without the irritation, your intestinal immunity will be so boosted that you will kill off the candida like nothing. You will not even have to use supplements and you may also have low sugar foods. Once your gut is healed, it will take the load off your immune system, Your adrenals will function properly, it will aid your thyroid(as mercury and candida can suppress it), your liver will take off a huge strain that was once carrying (No foreign food particles), your kidneys and eliminative organs will also be boosted. Basically, you will just feel BETTER! Stop using all unnecessary supplements as you do not know what it is doing. But
GET
an idea of what is going on inside your own mouth. Things like cavitations, root canals, amalgam fillings and even other composite fillings can even irritate the immune system. So you will need to heal properly once these things are done. But if you can't afford to have the food allergy test done, the you can always save you rmoney and just eliminate common food allergens like Yeasts(Brewers and others as well), Wheat, Corn, Dairy, Soy, Eggs and Tree nuts for a while and add them back one at a time and see how you do. But if you can afford the proper testing then it is best to have it done because that could save you a few months off this program of yours. And I don't think You want to be dawdling with something that is making you so sick. Let me know how it goes.

i too suffer with panic attacks. but more so social anxiety. all mine stated about 7 years ago. all for no apparent reason. now i believe it's all because of the amalgams. i had placed 2 years before they started. this is the main symptom thats really effecting my life.. i cant go out in public anymore.without spinning out. i know only work part time.because of this. and the numbness ive been suffering from the last 3 years. i've even lost my girlfriend after a 6 year relationship. about 7 months ago.because she said i was boring. and said i never went out with her anywhere.
i now plan to get my life back on track. now 29. hope to sort everything before 30.

Hi Smitho, same here. Yep, being told I'm boring because I never want to go anywhere. Or just me being freaked out and weird. None of it was myself or my fault, and I know that, so I have no guilt anymore. I lost relationships/friendships because of it, plus failed to get into them because of the same thing.
It's just me and my family now. And though that hurts in a way, I'd like to be like other people and be in a relationship, I know full well I wouldn't handle that pressure to be "normal". This way, I don't have to. I just basically can't.
The only people I can relate to are on this forum. It's really amazing to read because it feels like i'm just reading myself. the pains, desires, frustrations, grief, torments, the whole deal.
