I have taken too many supplements and believe I may have this.
What is the best diagnostics to determine this? Also whats the best Mercury test? Can you do these at home.
Im hoping their is somewhere to test in the uk thats reliable. Doctors dont look into these things? Or could I ask them too do a 24 hour urine test?

A hair analysis is probably your best bet here. That will show up levels of minerals in your hair. Cutler recommends a way of reducing copper in Amalgam Illness - I think you need to take zinc and molybdenum, but you might want to post the question on the frequent dose chelation form to check.
