I heard that you can actually create symptomssuch as muscle pain, aches and pains, Dizzyness, Depression, Anxiety.
People have actually been cured adn they say its all in the mind? Why is the mind so pwerful and how can we control it? Why dont doctors believe in candida, mercury etc.
ANd why do their tests appear ok when people have thyroid, adrenal and hormonal issues. And why dont they check for food intolerances. WHATS WRONG WITH THEM?

I do have unneccasary awareness when I try to read or concentrate I get heart palpitations or feel my heart pulse. It annoys me as I never felt it before adn they say ITS ALL IN THE MIND? WHY I also get dull or vague aches in legs and arms and shaky from stomach maybe from stress and tension. Can I create these all from the mind?

People can get these things James from problems such as anxiety ect, but did you have an onset of your illness were you well before. Do you have a lot of fillings. If I were you and you have doubts yourself, look up the symptoms of Mercury poisoning and Candida on the internet and see if you can relate to them. But you know yourself best and dont doubt yourself if you beleve your symptoms, as many will doubt you along the way and you cant rely on doctors tests, theryre simply not reliable enough to tell you much, unfortunately you have to do the research yourself and see what you come up with. Best wishes Tracy

I think we must all have doubted ourselves with amalgam illness. I know that I have felt (and still do) like an alien when trying to explain to other people why my life is basically on hold and has been for the past 3 years. But I have proof beyond all doubt that it is amalgam illness with a hair analysis that shows elevated mercury. I also have a vega analysis which diagnoses heavy metal toxicity. And the killer symptom for me is a metallic taste in my mouth - why else would I have that? While these things are not helpful in terms of convincing the doctors, they can help convince you that you are not a hypochondriac. I strongly recommend a hair analysis, and getting hold of Andy Cutler's hair analysis book to interpret it.

well I can say this much. No test no me showed anything amiss physically, so I was left going to psychologists, being analysed and being put in anxiety groups. Not one bit of it aided me and if anything wasted my time.
I was suicidal daily, on antidepressants and decided it was just "me" though I knew i never felt well, that was never taken into consideration. I all sorts of odd mental symptoms.
How is it, that when I was put on a candida diet with appropriate healthy foods that many symptoms lifted significantly? whereas the councilling and antidepressants didnt help me at all?
So for me i was convinced then I was indeed unwell and that some changes to my diet were enough to allow for some improvements, though I was being poisoned by mercury still. I knew I was poisoned becuase i had tremor, uncontrollable salivation at times, cold hands and feet with blue nails, metal taste in the mouth and many other symptoms. So though one may have mental effects, the physical should always be noted, because that is usually where it's stemming from.
The brain is just another organ and if it's affected by chemicals/candida/metals etc, then it is highly likely the person will dispaly personality changes, mental symptoms and the like and be told otherwise, and ignored.
Tests often dont always show the obvious, many times the underlining problem is missed. It's up to the person themselves to change their lifestyle, diet and see if they note any changes at all.

ANd why do their tests appear ok when people have thyroid, adrenal and hormonal issues. And why dont they check for food intolerances. WHATS WRONG WITH THEM? Unfortunately, many tests appear to be designed to miss important diagnosis in people. They are so far off and unrealistic that one has to wonder why they have remained this way for so long. It's not unlike the so called "U. S. R. D. A." which is unrealistically low. This could be because it makes many processed foods look more nutritionally appealing when compared to their natural or organic counterparts. In other words, it's good for business, just as bad health is. Another example: A long-term case of (undiagnosed) low TSH will eventually cause other issues, most of which will be "treated" by conventional medi$ine.
