I want to hear stories of people removing their fillings and not recovering and reasons why.
I just want to know if its because amalgams werent your problem or if it was because the dentist didnt do a good job because left mercury vapours trapt under new fillings or if you didnt see a biological dentist or what protocol they used?
I am worried about which dentist to see.
I need help because I want to see hesham but heard his fillings he had placed on tracy crumbled and are only temps so have to shell out more money for permanents later.
Also have people fully recovered from seeing DAVID HARVEY AUSTIN OR DAVID COWAN?
Thanks

I don't think anyone said their fillings crumbled from Hesham, they seem to be extremely tough in my experience, they are somewhat joined to the next teeth in places, not sure why but I have had mine in for over 9 mos. with no problems, I haven't done the final replacement due to financal pressure and also that I have been having to pay for zirc oxide implants with another dentist, I am pretty sure I could leave these temporaries in for a good long while yet, they actually seem better than a lot of permanent fillings I've had in the past, just not quite as refined, from the sound of it I think Tracy was confused about the procedure and didn't seem to understand what the process was, and who isn't confused with a mercurial mind?

I wasnt confused about the procedure at all and fully understood and so did my partner who was with me. Im not going into it any further but take offense at that comment, I may have Mercury poisoning but am not that unintelligent nor is my parntner whoever people choose to see is up to them but using me as some sort of guide is unfair and I did ask for no more comments, especially ones I find offensive. Tracy Tracy, Are you still claiming that your fillings are permanent? I did ask you to go to your estimate/consent form and read it for yourself and come back to the forum and tell them that you made a big mistake but you did not respond to my request which was repeated several times. You are confused about your fillings Tracy. I do not place permanent fillings until about a year afterwards when the patient sheds the body load of mercury. Tracy, please give me your consent to show this forum a copy of that estimate/consent form! You are not only confused, you are confusing others unnecessarily. Best wishes anyway! Hesham el-Essawy Hesham@el-essawy.comwww.el-essawy.comPs. Today I saw one of my patients who disappeared for over one year after having her amalgam removed, she was close to death, and all I did for her was remove her amalgam and her mercury, she took no detox of any sort, she told me today that she was 100% better in most of her symptoms without taking any detox. I always thought that this would be the case but had never dared to test the hypothesis. I shall ask her to tell you her own story and I hope that she will do that soon.

And just where have I put any mention of this recently? As you can read for yourself I didnt start this post and had no intention of getting caught up in it, only that I took offence at the remarks made by toothypegs, so I dont know where youve got this information from, as I havent mentioned anything on this thread that you're referring too. So I am left wondering what makes you say these things and where youve got this from. As far as I was concerned it was dropped and finished. Tracy

Tracy,I am sorry you find my reply offensive,do you not think it's offensive to wrongly discredit someone on a matter you have most likely gotten wrong? You may not have started this thread but you chose to respond to it. Anyone else who has experience of Dr. El-Essawy's method KNOWS that he does not place permanent fillings straight after amalgam removal., this is why I questioned your post some time ago, I notice you did not really answer that .If anyone else who has been to him can refute this,I hope I am a big enough person to admit my mistake. You continue to influence people based on what I am concerned is false information which is why once again I feel impelled to respond.I have absolutely nothing to gain by sticking my neck out, in fact I don't like making myself unpopular on a forum where you obviously have a lot of friends, but I can handle that more than i can handle the perpetuation of what appears to be false information. Dr. El- Essawy has a protocol as do other people like the often refered to Andy Cutler, and he does NOT place permanents first off. Anyone who does not go along with this should NOT go to him.If you continue to uphold your position and it is erroneous, you do people out of the chance to make a properly informed choice. For people like me who are on the 2nd round of having my amalgams PROPERLY out I am already feeling the benefits. There aren't enough good dentists out there as it is. Maybe you just did not like Hesham, why not say that? Also, Tracy I would NEVER call you unintelligent and would not want to insult you,Lets not have a bun fight, but someones career is on the line here.

TOOTHYPEGS - You continue to carry this on and I'm beginning to wonder what you have to gain. I have a right to defend myself against your insulting comments. How the hell am I continuing to influence people when I've not said another bloody word. Dr Hesham is aware that people have asked my opinion and I have told them they have to contact him themselves and make their own choice, which they have been doing and this is supported by the fact that some people on this forum have since gone to him as patients. To imply that I just did not like Dr Hesham is pathetic and just downright childish. If I had a dislike of him, I wouldn't have gone back after my initial consultation. Yes I have a lot of friends on this forum, true friends who know me well and know I haven't got a vindictive bone in my body. Dr Hesham and I agreed to drop this and left it at that. But for some reason he seems to have been fed some vindictive information that I have contiued to discredit him which is a downright bloody lie and I can only assume it's come from you as you are the one carrying this on. You were the first person to reply to this thread and chose to mention my name, what did you have to gain by this ,except to stir up what was something that everyone else agreed to let drop. On this thread there was nothing damning his work said by me at all. I dont know what your problem is or where you're coming from but it's somewhere very nasty and spiteful. I would think you'd have enough to concentrate on trying to get well like me , rather than stir up all this crap and trouble. I think you're right people won't be happy that this has been started again by you. I think you should concentrate on your own problems and grow up. I may have Mercury poisoning and as my true friends know other problems but I'm certainly well enough to stick up for myself and not let someone like you treat me like crap and just roll over and take it. I have spoken to Russ about this before and will do again if necessary. Have you read his kindness in conflict thread. I have said to other people who have been to Hesham and had good results that I'm happy for them, but quite honestly as others have said it was all between me and him your involvement is unnecessary as far as I can see. You can give your account without involving me. If you choose to continue this victimisation of me, as I say I will have no choice but to contact Russ. Now get off your pedestal, leave me alone and get on with your own obviously sad life!

Well thats certainly how it felt to me. You dont even know me, you didnt even have to mention me. We've all got enough to deal with. I have never met you and cant begin to understand why youve done this when you know it had all stopped. You stirred up something that was over how the hell do you expect me to react. I just want to be left alone to deal with my own illness and other serious illnesses in my family. Now youve raked it all up again and I dont need it. Got the message?

Why is this rearing it's ugly head, again? Tracy, graciously put an end to this on the other post. I wish that others, like myself, who are not registered on this forum, would keep their posts upbeat and supportive. Toofypegs, this is not directed at you. Since this whole mess started the whole bent of this forum has changed. Tracy has asked more than once to put this to rest, even telling somone that they should make their decision as to who they would see based on their own research and not her experience.

Re: "Tracy, please give me your consent to show this forum a copy of that estimate/consent form!"
This is completely unethical to even ask such a thing. Tracy, please, do not give your consent to such a request.

I agree, I am bewildered by it. Tracy didn't say a thing on this thread to warrant this starting up again. Why on earth was it provoked to begin again?? It took ages for it to die down on the other thread. And now this.
At any rate, let us hope it ends again.

The reason this issue may have come back up again is because there may be something that still needs clearing up about it. If the estimate and consent form were to be posted that may go some way in providing some clarification

I see what you're saying, but to my mind, if anything further does need clearing up then surely that is between Tracy and Dr Hesham in private offline should they choose. I read both their sides and I think people on here are more than intelligent enough to form their own opinion based on what they've read from the other thread. Though in a sense it might not have been completely resolved, at least there appeared to be an understanding of some sorts and no further comments were being put forth.
I did not read anything on this thread from Tracy that warranted this kind of provocation again and I wish people would leave both her and Dr Hesham alone. I think lessons were learned well and truly from the other thread and it would be a pity to open up old wounds.

They are my personal documents and why the hell should I show them pubicly to anyone are you afraid to declare who you are it seems that way and again i state if your nobody of any issue its none of your business now back off Tracy

I have to agree with Tracy in the sense that I wish that posters wouldln't use the username: Anonymous in a way that it wasn't originally intended....to sell a product or to convince others to go to their dentist. There are those who have used it, myself included, to get info about mercury toxicity. It might be that they are already on so many forums that it's nice to not have to login just to gain info on their illness. A problem arises when anons use this kind tool as a means to further their interests for one reason or another. It creates tension.
I'm glad to see that Tracy will not release her medical documents for everyone to see. You go girl. LOL

I just want to say that this arguing is not in vain, someone's career could be on the line here, and i think some people are forgetting that. Nasty rumours are being spread here. I think some people should feel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> about what they have been saying. One of my close friends has been to Hesham after many teeth problems and he sorted her out; as if by magic her health was restored after many failed visits to other dentists. I know that another Anon stated that people can make up their own opinions, however i think it is naive to think that people won't become swayed by this sort of slander. I say the only reason why you dont want to show your "personal" documents is because it shows that you are lying. Sorry for saying all this and joining in, however, I am just slightly disturbed by the fact that people are agreeing and taking sides. Sorry for being so negative and good health to you all.

Another anonymous who is insulting and incredibly rude. What a suprise. I refuse to show the documents cos its mine and Dr heashams busines and no one elses. How dare you call me a liar when you dont even know me. Perhaps next time you might at least have the guts to put your name on. Lots of people have said let this go why cant you . What have you to gain by trying to insult and upset me . What the hell is wrong with you people. Ive done nothing wrong on this thread. Is this some kind of witch hunt cos thats what it seems. I am very bloody ill and really dont need all this crap. Im asking again leave me alone. Do you realise what stress your causing me. You must be well or youd realise someone in my position is fragile enough without all this. You must be a very nasty person with no feeling for anyone else.

Tracy, don't take the bait -- it's no use trying to converse with people who "troll." The Anonymous user above is trolling just to cause problems and get under your skin. Ignore it. Don't respond. Don't take the bait.

Tracy, A. They don't know you. B. Some post with, what seems to be, ulterior motives. The truth is, noone's carreer is on the line. Believe me, what bothers some is that you have people (even some of us humble anons) who have and will back you up when someone tries to attack you on this forum. I agree with the person who said...don't take the bait.

quote from anon above - "I just want to say that this arguing is not in vain, someone's career could be on the line here, and i think some people are forgetting that. Nasty rumours are being spread here".
Anon - You are correct in the respect of someone's career that was on the line, but again, much of this was already calmed down on the other thread finally and it seemed Tracy and Dr Hesham had come to a bit more peace in this. IF anything, it seems people have ended up going in Dr Hesham's direction as he and others were able to give their side to this on the other thread.
Now if Tracy had brought up the filling issue on this new thread, that would be another story. She has not. So therefore, why would anybody's career be put back on the line from this thread???? So where is the issue here ?
I am not into taking sides deliberately based on who I'm friendly with. If you check the Dr Hesham thread, you may see that. Again, this thread started with a normal question, and did not need to trail back into the same mess. It seems some people here are absolutely hell bent on getting it all going again.
I really felt that her and Dr Hesham finally wanted to put this to rest. This belongs on the other thread, but it had already been dropped, so really it doesn't belong anywhere anymore. People can make comments on Dr Hesham without bringing Tracy into it, and without making comments on Tracy's particular case. Very easy to simply emphasise that Dr Hesham does NOT use permanent fillings, but only temporary and give their own experience instead.

Well, not a lot I can say, didn't start this thread, just replied to a question about dentists and whether Hesham was good or not. It seems that I am not allowed to mention Tracy's previous comments even though the enquirer refered to them as a matter of doubt. and I thought this was a place for people to get information? So, I have caused a HUGE problem, and yet I did not start it.The most insulting thing I did was say possibly Tracy was confused, and actually included myself when I said and who is not confused with a mercurial mind.I am a lover of the truth, whatever that is, I mistakenly thought people should have an informed choice. Did I do any name calling? Did I say Tracy has a sad life?Did I call her vindictive and came from a "nasty place,"did I say she should have better things to do with her time than be on here?Actually, if you count the insults per column inch, Tracy, you win, I don't have a vindictive bone in my body either, or tongue. thank God.James, wish you luck hope you make a good choice .This forum is obviously for "old friends" and anyone from outside is met with suspicion and paranoia,in fact symptoms of mercury toxicity, probably not many of Hesham's patients will respond to this forum as a lot of them have moved on.I never asked for anyones support here. I just quietly read and learned for about a year or so, when I felt I actually had something to give back I thought I would post. What a mistake. Looking back, I was appalled by the treatment öutsiders have recieved here, Lyn Rennick stands to mind, even Torrie Crocker, nobody deserves the character assasination that has been handed out here, , mostly by the hands of Tracy I might add, I regret I did not say so at the time, I don't feel proud of myself for having read those postings and not questioned the integrity of this space.I wish you all well and as I no longer have anything to learn or contribute here, you will be glad to get back to your little gang, as obviously it really is for "us friends". bye bye

Well, I'm sorry you've seen it that way. There is no "gang" on here. Lunatics? No I'm not a lunatic, I was hoping that the same issue on the other thread wouldn't get out of control on here.
I would apologise actually if I've singled out toofypegs, I re-read the top question and realise what you were answering toofypegs and indeed I think I misjudged you in that regard. I see you were trying to clear up the Dr Hesham filling issue.
Dr Hesham certainly deserves to have the record set straight if his career is on the line from any incorrect or misinformed info, but again I think the other thread said more than enough on that. And one kind of cringes when you see signs of it starting.
It's a pity that this seems such a sore issue that the whole forum is judged on a thread.

Just a note to everyone who may be feeling offended.
It's time remember the big picture.
This forum is nothing more than a piece of software. It is the real, living human beings that use it that give it a personality, and what a personality it has been.
For the most part, this has been a warm, nurturing place for people to come and get their questions answered by a group of very knowledgeable people, and as a result, countless people have benefitted. In fact, this forum has more visitors than you can imagine. There are hundreds of quiet, observing, anonymous readers for each person that posts.
With all this in mind, I am asking this of all of you:
(1) I ask everyone to be kind and considerate at all times. What you do reflects your character, not the character of the person you're responding to. What you do also contributes to the collective character of this forum. Make sure you contribute in a way that is truly constructive.
(2) I ask that everyone give everyone else the benefit of the doubt. Don't read negatively into someone else's response. Expect the best from people and, if they don't deliver, let it go. Just move on and keep helping those who need it. If someone meant something harmful, they will be frustrated by your decided lack of perception. If they didn't, no harm will come through false accusations.
I can't count the number of times that I initially felt insulted by what someone posted, but I responded with kindness anyway. Then, was later very glad not to have given in to my emotions because I realized that the poster didn't mean it the way I had originally taken it.
We don't have the benefit of intonation or facial expressions here—all the more reason to give posts the benefit of the doubt; And if there is no doubt that a post indeed has malice, view it as an opportunity to shine. The contrast between this malice and your dignity will be remembered long after the malice has been forgotten.
(3) Understand that the mercury issue is a huge, devastating issue for many people. It is also a potentially enormous legal issue for those who profit from it (and there are many). For this reason, don't be surprised if people come around trying to stir up dissension among us.
Organizations like NCAHF (The National Council Against Health Fraud) is a filthy example of a pharmaceutically-funded disinformation campaign that will pay people to write bad reviews for books or cause dissension in online forums like ours. The NCAHF is also the backing organization for the fraudulent "QuackWatch" website that is full of lies and disinformation that undoubtedly has harmed countless people by deceiving them away from real health solutions. I worked in the political arena for a while and believe me, 99.9% of people worldwide have no idea how crafty and deceiving these monsters can be.
Their main mode of operation has been to divide and conquer. Don't let anyone—friend or foe—divide us. If we do, we loose.
(4) Remember that you're being watched by thousands of people. They will read your posts, judge your personality, and make important decisions based on your conduct for years to come. Let that conduct be as if you were on a nationally televised program making a documentary to be seen by millions in the future.
(5) If you feel you've been assaulted or hurt, try to let it go for the greater good. We've all been hurt by people. Let's not allow ourselves to hurt others by allowing division to win over us. If you defend yourself against false accusations, do so with class and dignity.
Don't give up. Don't divide. Don't let your emotions get the best of you. Often it's better to ignore harsh answers and move on.
If you're insulted by someone else, please don't get up and go. There are people here who need your help who have nothing to do with the person that insulted you. There are people here who only you can reach with your particular combination of experience and style of speech.
If you're unhappy with some of the people here, please don't slander this forum on another forum. If you do, you're only contributing to the dividing and conquering that is being attempted among us.
If we know we are valuable, important, influential, and if we remain determined to help people in our lives, our emotions should never get the best of us.
This forum has been an incredible success in helping people, let's remember that this is the big picture.

Wow! Thank you. I, for one, am one of those who have benefitted from this forum for six months. It was the only help that I had when I first had my amalgams removed.
I think that many of us either didn't realize or have forgotten that there are disinformation campaigns that would like to divide and comquer forums such as this one.
And thank you for reminding us that kindness is important. It shows what we're made of. I couldn't agree more.

I have not assasinated anybodys character and only responded to insults to me personally. I try to use this forum for what it was intended for. I ask for guidance and help from my friends not to be judged by people. I am well aware of what the forum should be used for and in future I will not respond at all to any insults thrown at me. However I think lunatics in the asylum is demeaning to any who uses the forum. O bviously we have got to the stage where we are being closely watched and its a shame but it appears we must hold back and be very guarded in what we say. A certain openness amongst friends has been ruined but I guess thats just the way it will have to be from now on Tracy

I understand how you've felt insulted. I know how hard it is to have these feeling racing and/or to have them provoked. It's sometimes best to ignore harsh posts, although I also know that you have to defend yourself. It's a difficult balance to maintain.
I have noticed that, since having my amalgam removal, that I have become much, much more resilient. Insults and threats do not affect me at all like they used to.
Nevertheless, we're here to help ourselves and others. I will not let anyone's comments change my opinion of anyone else on this forum. We are all known by our own conduct.
There is an excellent core of people here and countless silent observers that—I can only assume—keep coming back because they are benefitting. If that's true, we must be doing something right.
