Today was the most horrific i have yet encountered I had horrific head pains in the morning and night and felt spaced out when i woke. I tried to pull myself together but didnt know what the hell i was doing. i took the dog out still spaced out and then couldnt remember how to get home. its only 5 mins away, i was in such a state. Then when i got home i sat rocking in the corner of the bedroom. When Keith came home I was speaking a complete load of rubbish, Keith phoned the doc at the clinic and he said could be too much de-tox but not sure if she gets worse get her to hospital. By that time I had fallen into a sort of semi coma and didnt wake for hours felt drugged up. When my daughter came home she had got a detention for wearing make up. Iwent mad screaming at Keith cos hes a teacher there and was kicking everything in sight screaming why do the bloody teachers wear it then. Then i sat on the floor sobbing with my daughter and saying i dont know who i am any more. I dont know i f the de-tox made it worse but its started to happen to me alot and i really think im losing it big time. I dont know whats real or not any more and lie in bed thinking whats the point with my heart hammering and mind in a whirl

Im really sorry you felt horrible today.
Are you currently taking the detox el-essawy recommended?
I was thinking of getting my amalgams out by him but read your post and having concerns.
Are you taking any medication, or herbal supplements? I think it could be the detoxification period hopefully since your amalgam removal.

From what I heard dont over do it with detoxing as it can make symptoms worse. Only take what you can handle.

Sorry you are feeling so rough, Tracy. I'm not sure what to say, except monitor your reactions to this program carefully to determine whether it is suiting your needs or if a different approach would be better.

Tracy, im so sorry your feeling so rough, i think it might be too much, similar happened to me when i took chlorella and cilantro, always take the most minute amount to begin with, even though your doc may say more. Hugs dawn.XX
