I ve just taken my first dose of Zeolite, started off with quite a small dose to see what happens. The doc from the clinic has sent me pills for my Epstein Barr, food supplements probiotics and a number of other things. He says to try each thing individually in case I react to anything. I have to say Im pretty scared cos dont want to feel any worse, but know Ive got to do something to get better. Just said to Keith I pray someday theres a clininc for people like us where we can be closely monitored. Its tough doing it on your own. Although I suppose Im lucky that I can contact the doc at the clinic, and have a phone consultation with him Thursday to see how Im going. Its weird I said to Keith Ive had many illnesses before and once almost died, but Ive never been as afraid as I am now. I know thats part of the illness itself, but I think its also the unknown of whats lying in store. Ive always seen myself as a pretty strong person, but now I have to phone my mum at least once a day and I know it sounds kind of silly but Ive even sometimes wished I was that little girl again that someone would take care of. Pathetic isnt it. I may bore you all over the next few days with private posts to keep me going guys. Thanks Tracy

Hi Tracy, I understand this kind of feeling. It is frightening because of the reactions mercury toxic people have to things and making things worse is unthinkable when you are already about as bad as you can get most of the time.
So know that we are all behind you and keep us all in touch over how things go. I really hope and pray that this will help you, but it is hard not to get some kind of aggravation of symptoms and that's the problem. But if its kept minimal, maybe it'll be ok. It would be great if it simply made you feel better right away!
Detoxing from mercury is so hard and yeah it would be great if they had a place where people like us could go and they could monitor us all the time, though unfortunately, I hate being anywhere else but in my own home (another mercury symptom lol). So it's hard to get us people out!
Take care and hope it goes well for you.
