Well I am sad to say that the nausea started this morning, they gave me such a huge dose of prechemo meds yesterday and I am sick today. I think it may be letting up, I really need prayers now, cause if I can't stop it I will need to go back to the hospital.

I read that one of them is very bad for fungal infections...great hey, they give you chemo which causes candida and then an antidote for chemo that says don't take it if you have any fungal infections...go figure!!! That is our medical system for you.

Mint and ginger are both very good for nausea. You can get the ginger chews or tea is good to sip on.

I second the comments regarding ginger! That is supposed to help. Drinking ginger tea and/or take it in capsules. I hope that might help!!

Hi Sandi, i was going to say ginger tea, its what i take after high doses of iron tabs which make me nauseous. It was the only thing that made me feel any better with morning sickness in pregnancy.

Hiya Sandi, you're welcome and that is great it's working for you. I hope it still is and continues to do so. I cannot imagine going through chemo and putting up with that as well.
