Monday morning I am going to get 4 of my 8 teeth done! I am scared and excited at the same time as I have waited for this day forever it seems. Now seeing as how I am "brain dead" from all this mercury poisoning, I dont recall what steps I need to take - like supplements and such before I go in for my removal and then what to do after that. Can you guys give me some advise on what to do please?
Thank you <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

First you need to make sure they are removing them using the safest protocol(oxygen, dental dam etc..) If you can get some activated charcoal it is good to be placed in the mouth pryor to removal also, other than that, tere is nothing to worry about, you will be fine.

You're very wise to be concerned about the protocol used while taking the mercury out. There are supporting supplements that you can take. Be sure to research it. Hal Huggins protocol is the safest.
I'm currently reading the book "Amalgam Illness, diagnosis and treatment". You can get it through Russ and Laura on this site. After my amalgams were out, and I had decided on how to chelate, I started on the supporting supplements that he lists in this book and have been amazed at how they have helped in my chelation process.
