hey guys, haven't been here in a while, and since last posting I have made a lot of progress with my health, but still not there yet. I've just been looking at my hair elements results lately thinking, is there anything I'm missing out on. I've been taking a lot of zinc for deficiency and to lower copper which has really worked. My doctor confirmed I have high copper from looking at my results and doing some other tests. I have also recently started taking oxy-powder which has germanium in it which apparently I was very low on according to my hiar elements test. The interesting thing about the toxic elements section of the test was that none came up higher than the preference range with the exception of bismuth, which was more than double the maximum normal range.. weird I know.. I was reading up on the symptoms of bismuth toxicity on this website http://www.acu-cell.com/bili.html, which has various symptoms that sound a lot like me including mental confusion, memory problems, tremors, muscle twitching, slurring speech, joint problems, hypoadrenalism, hearing and visual disturbances and some hallucinations. IT also says that calcium is a bismuth antagonist and I have noticed that whenever I have calcium supplements I get all shakey and twitching, even when I'm taking plenty of magnesium too. I know this is rare, but does anyone know much about bismuth?

Hi Joey, glad to hear you have had improvements and have made such progress! Good going.
I do not know much about bismuth toxicity at all! But I have heard DMSA can chelate it. Not sure how effective it is, but just heard that on another post on another forum.
But otherwise, it's a mystery to me....how would you have gotten bismuth toxicity?
