Hi Tracy, I have never had my whole body tingling, but have been bothered on and off with tingling in my head. Firstly a year ago, when I first got my fillings out then about 5 months later and now a year after getting the fillings out this has returned I can't think of anything I'm doing that has triggered this, I seem to remember reading somewhere that it may be inflamation in the nerve endings? but really I'm not sure what it is. Last year I took a lot of Omega 3's which I think, seemed to help so I will maybe give that a try. The thing is you wonder is this tingling a sign that things i.e. mercury toxins etc are moving out of our system or in? Thats what worries me, if I knew it was the mercury coming out then it would be reassuring but then you get to thinking that maybe its the other way and things are getting worse! I have also found that when its at its worst that sometimes a couple of ibuprofen tablets seem to help - so thats where the inflamation thing would make sense as ibuprofen tablets are good for inflamation.
Oh and like you this always seems to be worse first thing in the morning and then it either subsides or goes away completely, very strange.
Anyway have also been reading your other threads and want you to know that I hope your mother is a bit better and that all this worry is not making your symptoms worse just now <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" /> lizbet
