Any one can recommend a good dentist/doctor for amalgam removal and detox ? Any one who has gone through the procedure can recommend his/her dentist/ doctor ?

I am from the west coast in Vancouver. There are several biologic dentists here and I am sure there must be several in Toronto. A lady who post on another of the mercury forums is Marlene Macfarlane, her posts indicate she is the Coordinator for Dams in the Eastern provinces of Canada.
