How can you tell if you have Mercury Poisoning, Copper Poisoning, or both? Are there any symptoms that truly tells one from the other?

I have been led to believe that the symptoms are very similar and that there really is no way of knowing without testing.

Mercury amalgams have both mercury and copper in them, so you likely have toxic levels of both. Heavy metal toxicity screws up all mineral levels and they can change from day to day. Doing the candida diet helps to reduce your hmt but removing the source is the most important.
