I use azeo pangen digestive enzymes from metagenics and they seem to work really well. Aren't veggie, but it doesn't bother me.

Tracy, I hope you find something that works. I have tried so many digestive enzymes and get little results. I have now stopped all my digestive enzymes and started full force on the Natren's HT.(Probiotic) So far after 3 days I am getting better BM's than I ever have on any of those digestive enzymes. I know I am lacking in enzymes because I had all the stool tests done by Genova Diagnostics and tested very low in Pancreatic enzymes. HTH

asus, I'm glad the azeo Pangen work for you. I was taking 8 of those a day the extra strength ones and didn't do a thing. Digest Gold worked a little but again I was taking something like 8 of those a day just to get a bm every third day. Uggggh. Natrens HT probiotic has me going every other day now. Much better than anything else. Blessings,
Laurie

Here are some other options for digestive enzymes, some of which are vegetarian (except for the capsule): Full-spectrum enzymes: Food Enzymes Plant-sourced full-spectrum enzymes: Proactazyme Plus Fat-digesting enzymes: Hi-LipaseIncidentally, until I got my amalgams removed, I had a hard time digesting fats. If I ate any foods with a high fat content (cheese, avocadoes, nuts, etc.), I would get a terrible headache all across my forehead and behind my eyes, accompanied by heavy fatigue and the need to just lie down and take a nap. So, to compensate, I would have to take 2 capsules of the fat-digesting enzyme Hi Lipase , along with 4 to 6 capsules of Fat Grabbers, and then I could eat these foods. However, now that my amalgams are out, I can eat small to medium amounts of most of these foods without taking either product. This shows me that mercury was definitely interfering with my body's ability to produce digestive enzymes.

Veggiemom:
Have you tried Magnesium Citrate to help with the BM's? I used to complain I needed dynamite to go, but if I take 200-600 mg of Magnesium Citrate per day, there is no problem...Sometimes I go too much!

Diana, I've done it all. Every kind of Mg. Never did it get me to move. The HT probiotic has been working the best. I got up to 2500mg of mag citrate and it never helped. Thanks for the suggestion tho. I really think once my 3 fillings are removed and I start chelation I will see a greater improvement. Have a beautiful Christmas.
