Have any of you confirmed mercury toxicity but had all basic blood work come out normal? From my blood work, I look very healthy. Through tests from my ND, I have confirmed adrenal fatigue and low neurotransmitters. I am waiting for my hair mineral analysis kit from Doctor's Data to arrive.
I just received Cutler's first book. I match so many of the symptoms, but my blood work is very good, like my liver scores, cholesterol, etc.
Thanks, o.mary

Did you have blood work for liver function ect at dcotors, that nearly always comes out normal. The routine blood tests that doctors do don;t always show the true facts and whats really going on Tracy

Hi, Tracy. It was basic blood work done by a regular doctor. It tested minerals in the blood, AST and ALT for the liver, lymphocyte stuff, cholesterol and a couple basic things for the thyroid. Everything looks good.
I have so many of the symptoms of mercury poisoning though- fatigue, brain fog, no motivation, mood swings, multiple food sensitivities, gut dysbiosis, etc. Drinking clay makes my symptoms go away within 4 hours. That confirms toxicity to me. It took over a year before I decided to try drinking clay though! I drink it every morning, and have felt pretty good for the past 4 days.
Thanks, Olif

My blaoting is gone since starting the clay the other day! I also take Primal Defense every evening to make sure I have good gut flora. If I miss a day, I know it! I can even eat things like popcorn without having gas, since taking the Primal Defense. It helps with regularity too. It is one of very few supplements that I can tell actually does something for me. The clay is absolutely amazing for me though. I would look at this site, www.eytonsearth.org He says it can take several days, but it was 4 hours for me! I hope this doesn't go away though. Thanks, Olif

I have had various blood tests for many years, all being in normal range. Mercury is a neuro-toxin: it likes electric bundles like the brain. I don't think blood or urine samples give full picture of mercury toxicity, for many reasons. Mercury gathers in our organs, so isn't really in the urine or blood, at least not at super-toxic levels. And, as humans vary in sensitiity, what would be a toxic-level for one person, may not be for another. There are so many variables. But, if a person has exposure to mercury (in whatever form) and has the symptoms of poisoning, it seems a reasonable conclusion to me to at least explore the possibility of systematic toxicity.

PS, apart from an agreement by my dentist that I have mercury poisoning, I don't have a formal diagnosis. But I do believe I have poisoning as I have the symptoms and they started when I got the fillings.
