I can't even list how many different creams I have used for eczema, but I finally found one that is really helping. It is A & D ointment. The main ingredient is cod liver oil and you can find it in the section of the drug store that has baby stuff. My eczema went crazy when I first started chelation. For 3 weeks I had cracking, oozing, red, itching, burning skin on my hands and around my ankles. I looked like I had radiation poisoning or something. Finally I had to start using a steriod cream. I was able to wean myself off of the steriod cream using this ointment. I was also taking a medical food called UltraInflamX, so that might have also helped. The ointment does have "fragrance" in the ingredients, but whatever it is, it does not bother me. I guess it was needed so that it didn't smell like fish oil. I thought I would let other know about this cream because it is easy to get and not that expensive. I put it on my whole body when I get out of the shower, and use it on my hands as needed during the day. chigirl
