i have a long split from the tip to to back of my tounge was just wondering if anyone else has had that happen? i have pictures of it ..it is looking better now....but still cracked

not to me, but I have heard of it happening....rinse with some warm water with several drops of teatree oil, very soothing and healing.
Aloe vera liquid may help too.

Tongue is the mirror of your intestines. You have leaky gut, and probably candida as well, if it is additionally coated. Two things not uncomman with mercury toxicity.
For leaky gut start taking l-glutamine and avoid possible allergenic foods - wheat and dairy are the first two things to go. You probably also need to go on an anti-candida diet.
