I see posts hear about whey protein in "swamp water" recipe by Russ, etc. but in the Cutler Bible "Amalgam Illness: Diagnoses and Treatment" page 77 it says to avoid bakery products containing whey?? We were told by our ND that whey protein is the way to go... Any comments Russ? Thanks - oh and this is my first post. Just starting to learn herre.

On the protocol that I am following you take Whey powder twice a day. The info I have says "A source of high quality protein, amino acids to aid liver detoxification pathways. Whey is considered a cysteine donor, and increases glutathione in the body, even if diseased. It contains good levels of branch-chained amino acids. It is a good source of glutamine - the most abundant amino acid in the body - sulphur containing amino acids, as well as the branched chain amino acids." I also have been told to eat eggs and other sulpher containing foods which Dr Cutler mentions in the same paragraph and so far it hasn't caused me any issues.
