Absolutely. I am a depressed, tired, tearful, irritable, bitter, unsociable witch. It is a wonder my husband and children haven't given up on me in disgust. I look back at the person I was in my twenties - confident, outgoing, HEALTHY, and despair at how wrong it's gone. Sorry, not much help to you Tracy. Having a bad day ... Nicola

I felt like that for years Tracy, all my life actually, even when I was a little girl. It was particularly bad after eating sweets. I remember once my Grandma made waffles for breakfast and I felt awful all day long.
When I first went on the candida diet, I was so irritable and angry, I don't know how my husband put up with me, and now I realize as the yeast died, it was releasing mercury and that was making me feel so bad. I obviously was killing too much too fast, and thus the moods.
Mercury hides in the yeast cells and that is why we have to get rid of the yeast to get rid of the mercury too.
It sort of like you are not really living your own life...or watching from the sidelines waiting for it to begin. Many other posts have been written on here about the same subject in the past...you are definitely not alone.
It will get better Tracy, it really will. A good diet, lots of sleep and getting rid of stress is of the utmost importance. Our adrenals are exhausted and we have to treat our body with lots of TLC.
Best luck and feel better soon, Sandi xoxo

Tracy.....Disconnected is exactly the right word, and that is what mercury does to us...total disconnects all cell communication too.....no wonder folks are getting alzheimer's and dementia. That must be how they feel too, totally disconnected.

I feel like this too. I also can't get the words out, when I speak. I get all tongue-tied, and I know exactly what I want to say, but when I hear it coming out, all of my words get jumbled together. It is so embarassing. Sometimes it makes me feel like it's not even MY body that I'm in, because MY body wouldn't screw up something like SPEAKING.

I too feel thae same way,and only remember a short term actually feeling 100% myself,i just could not figure out how to explain to my parents that i felt out of place, probably because of the fear of how they would react. I simply just went along with it thinkinking maybe it's just how one is supposed to feel as they grow older,i don't really regret keeping it to myself, now that i look back. Who knows they might have thought i had mental problems and drugged me up,leaving me with no hope, and prbably in a mental institution. Everything happens for a reason, reasons many never get a chance to find out. I am grateful to be where i am today,as poor as my health may be,as if i weren't i would probably be in a mental ward somewhere,or may have committed suicide, and noone would ever known what my situation was. My message to those is as bad as you think you may be doing someone is doing alot worse and would give just about anything to be in our shoes.
