Well, its been almost a month since I finished my amalgam removal.I started feeling better about two weeks post finishing, then I got a really bad cold.I have had asthma so when it went to my chest I had to take antibiotics.I still have some fever though and I am done with the medicine. Having my mercury removed really did a number on my already struggling immune system. One positive effect I notice is my low levels of anxiety I have had for years is gone. And, before I caught this cold ,my asthma seemed to be gone. I am taking lots of mag/calcium,vit.C,and a supplement for addrenal support.I was planning on waiting until 3 months post removal and then try the ALA as prescribed by cutler.

One of the best things that worked for me with trying to keep my immune system working when I still had amalgams in was Nature's Immune Stimulator. This one of my favorite supplements because it works so well. Hope this helps.
