I am not sure there is much of a difference in potency, Lannie from the Yeast Connection swears that P73 is the best and I find it is the least unpleasant...but very expensive. I think they are all about equal in effectiveness and they all burn the tongue like crazy. I sometimes put it into a capsule if I don't want to smell like a pizza or dish of spaghetti. And I also give it to my husband that way, he cannot handle the taste at all...and it burns him worse cause he probably has thrush.
There was one that I just hated, it was the worst, it had a gold label and was called Enerex or something like that....hope you don't get that one..... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Sandi: I put my oil of oregano in my whole food greens drink. I just use about 8 oz. of water, a dropper of oil of oregano, a teaspoon of dried barley/alfafa grass, and a heaping tablespoon of "Green Vibrance". I don't taste the oil of oregano at all, believe it or not. Of course the drink is not pleasant tasting either, but it is much better than the burn.

I've used the Saint Francis Herb Farm Oil of Oregano, and that is supposedly a vrey high quality one. The only place I know of that it is sold is on the Whole Approach website.
