Hi Tracy, Russ and Laura had all theirs done at the same time and they were fine. Your dentist is well recommended and i know hes very careful so i think you will be fine.

Good luck. Don't get discouraged if you notice that you still feel the same,as it takes a while to rid yourself from the poison.

Tracy,
Do you have a doctor supervising your detoxification? My dentist wanted me to create a detox plan with my doctor so that I was prepared for what to do both pre and post removal. I wouldn't do any intensive detoxying on your own without a doctor, but there are some things that are helpful for most anyone to do. If your dentist does not give you a vitamin C IV drip after the removal, then make sure you take a minumum of 3 grams of Vit C a day for a while after that. (Just do NOT take any vitamin C before the removal). Drink tons of water, wash your clothes when you return home (because of mercury residues on them), get plenty of rest....just the basics to keep your immune system ready. I can't really give you any detox advice though. My doctor had me on chlorella for two weeks prior to removal and I continued at that dose post removal.
Good luck!! I did feel pretty out of it and weak the day of the removal, and then again a few days later, and I hear that is normal. Some people feel fabulous after removal, and some feel sick. I hope you feel fabulous!

PS - I second what Strength said - it will take a while to detox, and it might be a little while before you notice improvements - that can be normal. I got mine removed 5-6 weeks ago, and I honestly still feel the same. But I haven't started any major detox yet. I'm just taking Chlorella and Algin to help out a bit.
