For some reason selenium is still making me feel sick, I've even tried reducing the dose.
I got my last filling removed almost 4 months ago. I've greatly reduced my copper problems. I don't get it?
Andy Culter makes it sound like it's not absolutely essential to supplement selenium during chelation. Anyone no anything about this?

If you cant tolerate it then it is not essential. My kids both take selenium and are chelating by Andy but I cannot take it myself. I would just skip it at this point and be sure you are eating healthy. There is selenium available in food that you eat anyway. Other minerals are more important, and you can always retry that later on when you have chelated some.
