For all you out there who need some encouragement, esp. those who are thinking about having their amalgams removed I thought I'd like to say some encouraging words. Although I have good days and bad days, I've seen some improvements since I had my amalgams removed just over 6 months ago. 1) Yeast, which was a HUGE problem, is MUCH less now. It feels like it is gone, but I can't be absolutely sure, so I will say it is much less. 2) I have had autoimmune thyroid disease for at least 24 years. That means I have had antibodies attacking my thyroid for 24 years. My last thryoid test showed NO ANTIBODIES!!!!!! 3) My feet don't burn any more. 4) I don't twitch any more. 5) Numbness has decreased considerably 6) Vision is so much clearer. I feel very blessed to have finally found out that it was mercury that was causing my problems because I was able to do something about it. There are still so many people who don't know, or don't believe that there is mercury in fillings, or that it could do the damage it is doing ("the dentists would NEVER put something dangerous in our teeth!") I am also very blessed to have found this website. Thank you to Russ and Laura and to all contributers. I have learned a LOT! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I too am blessed to have found this site. Its helped me tremendously, Thankyou Laura and Russ! Im so glad your feeling better, Dallas, i too have got rid of quite a few symptoms especially the eyes, they are so much better now, i still go blurred once in a while though. Yeast seems to have gone too. My main symptoms are anxiety and tinnitus which i got after removal. Hopefully they will disappear into the sunset.

I just love good news. Keep it coming and keep us posted and remember, everyone should write they're story in detail and let us publish it. I'm just glad to be a small part of the solution.
