I used to when my thyroid was overactive i couldn't stop going to the toilet, i used to have explosions, (i call them), i had to run to the loo quick, it was a nightmare at work. If the thyroid isnt a problem it could be IBS, also mercury can cause diarrea or constipation.

OMG YES!!! I have been getting this EVERY morning and I have recently had repoisoning from seeing a dentist (just walking into a dental office and obviously the mercury vapor in there got me).
Since that time, i race to the bathroom when I wake up and I have loose bowel or outright diarrhea. I'll feel the cramps and urgency and I have to run out of my bed and get on the toilet fast.
I feel horrible all the time along with this. I'm having very odd and distressing symptoms, a sickening darkness inside and a feeling of wanting to scream. I cannot really put it into words. I'm sure you will know this feeling!
I don't know if probiotics will help much. But I gather you are on a candida diet? I have to be on one, or my symptoms worsen to a degree where I become close to ending my life.
So, the diarrhea, might be some way the body is using to try and rid itself of the toxins as best it can, or some of the overload. But I don't feel exactly better regardless.

I used to have this symptom with a fair amount of frequency and consistency. By the way, I still have my amalgams -- they are scheduled to be removed in 2 weeks.
Over a week ago I decided to try the Algin that they sell here to see if any of my symptoms got better. Even though I still have amalgams, the Algin has gotten rid of the bowel problem. So far, I haven't had to wake up and rush to the bathroom in the mornings.

Bowel IssuesI lived with bowel issues most of my life until my fillings were removed. What saved me was this herbal combination: Intestinal Sooth and Build It works wonders for regulating movements and drying stool. If anyone trys it, feel free to leave feedback on this forum. I depended much on this herbal combination. Of course, when the mercury exposure goes away, you probably won't need the supplement anymore. I didn't. Stomach or Abdominal PainI had severe pain in my stomach area for years, eventually had an upper and lower GI and found a bleeding duodenal ulcer. Since researching, I have found this pain and eventual bleeding is cause by a bacteria call helicobacter pylori. I have found a supplement that does wonders in killing this bacteria, eliminating the pain, and can even help people with rosacea: Gastro-HealthRemember, kill the bacteria and the pain goes away. Again, if you try it, let me know what your results are. Thanks.
